Silver Creek had fixed my husband's pickup a few years ago and did an excellent job so I called them if I could have my car towed there and Lilly, who was so helpful and reassured me everything was going to be OK. They had my car for three weeks, and we would stop in for updates and they took such good care of us as well as my car. They got us a rental car and I had no worries. My car looks like new again. We met Mark, the owner, on our original visit when we went in for a rough estimate. Professional, friendly and answered all our questions. Dad took the Volkswagen in for it's appointment to be repaired. Dad, not having an immediate ride home, was offered a ride home by Mark. He took Dad all the way home! Granted this is Silverton, and not exactly a thriving metropolis of houses, cars etc. but it was about 1-2 miles away from the shop. They kept Dad informed all the way through the repair process. There was a delay due to some parts being damaged in transit, but Dad was kept updated on the progess of his car the entire time. When the car was ready for Dad to come and pick up, Mark Holland once again, showed up at Dad's house to give him a ride to the shop to pick up his car! This kind of customer service is refreshing! The repair work was top-notch, you would never know the car was rear-ended. Dad and I highly recommend you go to Holland's Collision if you need some body work done! Excellent!

I made the mistake of not doing these things and just taking the easy route by going to the place someone told me about without doing any of my own research and it really hurt. I paid for this in my personal time 20 times over at least and ended up having to get the same job done twice over . Also, if you've doubted my testament so far just read some other reviews that say the same thing - lack of professionalism, coming back to get the same work done twice and worst of all - being told I needed something replaced that didn't need to be. How do I know? Because the $1,400 item that needed to be replaced was justified because it was 'leaking'. a "bad seal", "have to replace the whole thing". Having learned my lesson on another $10,000 job done twice I investigated myself. Guess what? My power steering system is a new electric type that has no fluid, super weird, but chrysler confirmed "yea dude, it's technically impossible for there to be leaking fluid there because there is no fluid to leak". Turns out it was a messy oil change that spilled over - go figure. It's your life - waste your money if you want, tell yourself that won't happen to me. LOL. Do your thing.
