Brad was very busy and wouldn't be able to help us for at least 1 1/2 weeks, and Rocket Auto won't put in a part you've already bought. We hitched a ride to Tod's, feeling like our car wouldn't be working for at least a week. It's a little hard to find his shop because the entrance is behind a fence in one big building shared with others. When we told Tod we needed a new starter put in, he told us to have it towed in the same day and it would be done that afternoon or at the latest the next day. Two hours after having it dropped off, he called us to come pick it up. Works great, quick and painless. Definitely going back to him if we ever need more work done. Inexpensive and fast. Just be aware that this isn't like a regular garage or dealer's waiting room. There's nowhere to sit and wait for your car, so you'll have to have someone pick you up and then take you back for your car when it's finished.
