He was helping another customer, but said he could get me an estimate in just a couple of minutes. As I waited I watched him take excellent care of the lady he was helping. Just a few minutes later he took a look at my car and determined it was likely salvageable, if I wanted to go that route instead of 'like new.' He tried to fix it on the spot, but it was going to take a bit more time. Then he fit me into his schedule that afternoon. I came back a few hours later and you couldn't even tell I'd tangoed with a yellow concrete pole! And the price he charged was super reasonable! The problem they were going to have to deal with is that we had a wonderful pitbull who we used to take everywhere with us, before we lost her at the beginning of the year. Her tiny hairs were EVERYWHERE in the carpet, and VERY hard to get out - trust me, I tried! They charged slightly more due to the amount of dog hair, which was completely fair, so I said go for it.
