Happy, friendly concession people (teenagers) and a really sweet older lady taking tickets. I appreciated that this theater didn't have that stale overpowering fake butter smell that a lot of theaters have and also that since it's so small, the bathrooms were pretty close by. I'm especially not going to blast my other children's family drama and being under my guardianship because of their parent's choices for everyone to hear. Do better. It's a movie.

You can now do everything online ahead of time through the Cinemark app. You can not only buy your tickets ahead of time and choose your seats, you can also buy your concessions ahead of time. They will send you a QR code that they scan to get into the theater, and then your concessions will be on a shelf directly behind the person that scans your ticket. Quickly we were told our tickets would not be valid or acceptable. I kindly ask if we could please get a new ticket or a refund due to being from out of town. The lady asked the manager and thankfully she said yes! This made our day and we are forever grateful and thankful. I would love to return after this kind gesture. We have been to plenty of movies before and we always did our best to keep our kids quiet but in the end it's a family movie. Kids will cheer, talk, have fun and babies will cry. At this location a matinee showing is only $8.00 while in Redding the cheapest ticket for a matinee movie is $11.50 and the prices go up substantially from there depending on if you want the surround sound or the fancy reclining seat. This theatre here is simple and old school. And absolutely perfect for me and my families budget. Trust me, the buttered popcorn is just as delicious!! I highly recommend any local folks try this place out as an alternative to the fancy chain theatre in Redding! Your pocketbook will thank you!!
