One of the labeled rooms was a "home office". I was given a reasonable quote and scheduled my service. The cleaners who came were polite, capable, on time. In our walkthrough before the team left, we noticed how attentive to detail they were...and then we go to the home office. Which they had not touched. They kindly reached out to their office for guidance as they were told we had 4 bedrooms and the office would have been a fifth bedroom. The office said it was not included - even though their quote was based on my photos, which were clearly labeled and clear to see were of that space. I refused their offer to do it as an add on (I paid you a reasonable fee for my whole home already...this is not reasonable). I was happy with the team of cleaners, not with the decision makers in the office...

I received a quote through Yelp and was provided a phone number to call to discuss the service…read more When I called, nobody answered. I then sent a follow-up message and never received a response. I find it frustrating when a business invites customers to call but then doesn't answer or return messages. Communication is one of the most basic aspects of customer service and unfortunately my experience ended before I could even book the service. I cannot comment on the quality of their cleaning, but based on my experience, responsiveness and customer communication were disappointing. ***** UPDATE ***** After leaving my initial review regarding lack of response to calls and messages, the service provider did reach out to me directly. During that phone call, the conversation became confrontational. I was told that my review could be reported to the police, which felt like an inappropriate and intimidating response to customer feedback. During the call, I began recording for my own reference, and the call was then disconnected. There were multiple follow-up calls from the same number, and each time the conversation ended shortly after I attempted to record the interaction. I eventually chose to block the number due to the repeated and uncomfortable nature of the contact. Based on this experience, I found the communication to be unprofessional and stressful. Instead of addressing concerns calmly, the interaction escalated in a way that made me uncomfortable. As a result, I will not be using this service and would advise others to carefully consider communication reliability before booking.

The person I spoke with asked me to send photos, which I did, along with the exact product name, approximate square footage, access details, and the fact that portable equipment and furniture moving would be needed. I also clarified that I was not looking to add any new wax, gloss, seal, or coating -- only to remove the buildup and return the floor as close as possible to its natural clean finish. The issue for me was the tone of his response and the lack of follow-through afterward. He stated that the floor should not have been sealed or coated, which may be true, but the way he said it came across as judgmental and dismissive rather than helpful or solution-oriented. It felt less like guidance from a professional and more like I was being scolded for the condition of the floor. After I provided the requested photos and details, I never received a clear recommendation, final quote, or follow-up.
