Pedro Vasquez managed the actual cleaning team and was always on top of things for us. He took care of handlng the security devices in our facilities and oversaw the cleaning crew. From the corporate side of INX, Amanda Panzer, Chase Mooney and Silvio Morales were all amazing as they supporting each other in insuring that the work was always done in a satisfactory manner. Everyone on the INX team was extremely responsive to any call that I made and to questions that I had. They even made suggestions that were very helpful regarding the performance of the details in our contract. The real question is "would we use them again?" and I would say that the answer is that it depends on the price and the mutual understanding of what a deep clean entails. I think that what the service defines it as and what we have experienced before in getting a deep clean from other services were not aligned. two people cannot do a deep clean of a two bed two bath apartment in less than 4 hours, much as one would like to think it could. Things will be missed and customers will not be left satisfied.
