I find it frustrating when a business invites customers to call but then doesn't answer or return messages. Communication is one of the most basic aspects of customer service and unfortunately my experience ended before I could even book the service. I cannot comment on the quality of their cleaning, but based on my experience, responsiveness and customer communication were disappointing. ***** UPDATE ***** After leaving my initial review regarding lack of response to calls and messages, the service provider did reach out to me directly. During that phone call, the conversation became confrontational. I was told that my review could be reported to the police, which felt like an inappropriate and intimidating response to customer feedback. During the call, I began recording for my own reference, and the call was then disconnected. There were multiple follow-up calls from the same number, and each time the conversation ended shortly after I attempted to record the interaction. I eventually chose to block the number due to the repeated and uncomfortable nature of the contact. Based on this experience, I found the communication to be unprofessional and stressful. Instead of addressing concerns calmly, the interaction escalated in a way that made me uncomfortable. As a result, I will not be using this service and would advise others to carefully consider communication reliability before booking.

For each clean, I pay somewhat more than what a few of my friends do, but they do such a great job so I haven't minded.

She came over with 2 enthusiastic and hard working staffers and they got to work right away. Very diligent and organized and they made enormous progress. By the mid-day, the garage was completely cleared out. I thought it would take 2 or 3 days at least as I had a ton of crap. They diligently removed everything, sorted it out and categorized what could be tossed, or recycled or donated or would stay. And they diligently carried away several cars worth of donations at the end. The items I kept were put in nice transparent cases with clear labels, and there was a lot of room to move my storage in. I recently hired Real Bubbly Cleaning for a deep cleaning service, and I must say, I am incredibly dissatisfied with the results. The cleaning fell far short of my expectations, leaving me with a dirty and unsatisfactory outcome. The floors are the most disappointing aspect. Despite our tile flooring being mopped, there were still dust and hair on it. To make matters worse, the floors had swirly streaks that gave an overall appearance of uncleanliness. Moreover, I have explicitly, asked them to clean certain cabinets, but they neglected to do so. It's incredibly frustrating to pay $500 for a deep cleaning only to find that some areas are overlooked entirely. One of the most concerning issues with the state of the windows. I strongly suspect they did not clean them at all, as they were still filthy after the supposed cleaning. Adding insult to injury, after walking on the supposedly clean floors with my socks on, I found hair and dust bunnies on them when I went to take them off. It's disheartening to witness such a lack of attention to detail and professionalism. I believe that a paid cleaning service should deliver on their promises, especially when it comes to a deep cleaning package. Unfortunately, Real Bubbly Cleaners failed to meet even the basic standards. I highly advise against using their services, as I feel like I wasted my good hard earned money and time.
