If I didn't make that deadline, I would have to wait a week as the agent who needed the form was going on a 7 day vacation. I found Stephanie on Yelp, gave her call, and she was able to meet with me right away. By 3 pm, I had returned the completed and notarized form back to the agent and I was good to go. Stephanie was pleasant, professional, and accomodating. She was well-prepared and it took only 15 minutes to complete the notarization. In this day and age, if you're a walk-in or have last minute emergency appointment, you're are often treated with disdain, making it clear in no uncertain terms that your problem is not their problem.
