Been coming here for years. It's definitely a staple in Gresham and it's always busy. Recently I came for a work event and very cool to have the whole place to ourselves. Relatively decent price, and they also have cosmic late night bowl- which was cool they did for the last half of our party. There is league play, and they have a concession for food and I believe some (alcoholic) drinks, too. read more

The food wasn't really to attractive you have order yourself, they do bring it to you though. The staff is friendly and inviting. The bowling alley is clean fresh open feeling. Nice little place to have fun and the price is perfect for being on budget. Over all super nice place only lost a star because the food menu is kinda boring but good enough for the kiddos. read more

I liked it much better when they only booked every other lane. The staff is very friendly and I love the fries. You have the option to rent a lane for an hour or rent a lane for individual games. You get more bang for your buck if you rent it for the hour even though you still have to pay for shoes. For a family of four with shoe rental on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon it runs us about $45. They also have an arcade and pool tables. read more

This place is classic gold! I haven't been rolling in many years after discovering all of the gross modern turns at bowling alleys had seem to take, but this bowling alley is a blast from the past. The place even has all timers and honestly I could just sit and watch them play all day, but it is so much fun to bowl and the staff makes everything so accessible. My mind is in the gutter for this bowling alley. They've got the best balls and the best alley to glide them down. They are also one of the biggest that I've found so far as they've got 24 lanes. This might "strike" you as funny but I know this because I've been checking out the other alleys and doing my research. The employees are super hospitable and keep a clean house as well. I haven't bowled in forty years. Even then, when Dick Nixon was rolling the basement with the plumbers, I was only rolling 120. Mostly we drank beer, smoked and made eyes at girls, and when our turn came around, rolled the ball down the lane to a chorus of jeers and insults. It was great! Recently I've been thinking of trying it again, so I made my way out to Mt. Hood Lanes. Not much in life has stood still, and bowling is no exception. While me and Nixon rolled on old oiled wooden lanes, the lanes here are Brunswick Pro Anvil Synthetic. The surface beautiful, smooth and consistent. The scoring is all automatic , using touch screen technology. The place is clean and bright - gone were the cigarettes, beer bottles and my hoodlum friends. Doug, who was working the counter set me up with an open lane and some shoes. He was kind enough to show me how to use the Brunswick touch screen scoring system, which basically requires you to enter your name and click "bowl". I rolled three games using a 13 pound plastic house ball and rolled a score of 120 - well that didn't change. read more

Really like this bowling alley. The only "complaint" is that, not sure why, the balls bounce when they hit the lanes. I know it's not just me.. it happens to everyone in our group. We have learned to adjust. Other than that, it's a very nice alley. What can I say I am a fan of bowling alleys. What makes one stand out from the other? A couple things for me. 1. Service. This place has a big desk and there are usually a couple of people there to help you out as soon as you walk in. Let me back up a little bit also. Parking is a plus. A nice big parking lot that is semi-protected and private. There is only one way in and one way out. Other places seem to have multiple entrances and create let's just say an unwanted presence in the parking lot when you are trying to go out with the kids. Okay back inside.2. Lane conditions. Some places are so overplayed and cater so much to groups and parties that they have lost their sense of bowling. It is more like skeeball chuck the ball down the lanes and hope for a score. Who cares how it looks or if it even is legal just as long as you and your group are having fun. Well, that doesn't happen here. It's still a mecca for bowlers. The lanes are well taken care of and yes there is oil on the lanes. There is supposed to be folks. You are not supposed to be. No matter how funny or clever you think it is to run down the lanes. 3. Is the food. The food here is unique in that they have a couple items off the usual menu. They operate not as a fast food quick turn around rather as a restaurant. You place your order you get your drinks and someone brings your food out to you. Almost a novelty now in this world of order here pick up here or take a number and we will call it out. Lane service also available. A great thing for the bowlier that doesnt want to have to leave the action. 4. Staff. Friendly staff that helps you with the scoring and getting started. Also there to wait on you if refreshments or food are a part of your fun. Keep the food behind the lanes and you wont wreck the experience for the next person. Some modern scoring features with the touch screens. A really good place to take the family. read more

In this family on your birthday, you get the entire weekend of wishes, and my daughter in law really wanted to glow bowl. We had not been in several years and had always went to the bowling alley on SE 92nd. I was kinda stoked to see this place closer, so I didn't have to make the long drive back to the mountain with toothpicks holding my eyes open after the late bowling. I loved they offered three sessions of glow bowl starting at around 6, if I heard the guy right on the phone. We were going to do a birthday package that included pizza and drinks, but she didn't want all that. They are a bit disorganized in taking reservations, I found since that first night, and they made me pay a deposit for the lane. She told me if I didn't give three hours notice, they would charge the lane to my credit card. That I didn't like, but I got over it, as I remembered how close they are to the house. Some of the lanes weren't working, and despite them telling people not to drink on down by the lanes, the people sharing our lane zone, were lit and ended up breaking glass over the floor. The two young kids in command at the counter came and told them to stop drinking down there and proceeded to wipe this glass up with their bare hands and a small kitchen towel. The Bar was popping, and that made a line for the woman's restrooms kind of long at times. We picked the middle time, and started at 9 or so and was surprised the bar was that busy with people. I guess that is the big thing in Gresham these days? I would go back again. My son and his wife went New Year's eve and said they lost a lot of lane time, as their stuff kept breaking down and they were not coming to help fix it for long periods of time. They also signed up for league bowling, they were told they were on, but then got called the next day and told they misread the book and they were the one couple over the limit and maybe next time, or show up and see if other people didn't come. All that just says, unorganized. Be careful if you are making reservations for stuff like that, don't get your heart set on it like they did. read more

This is a much older bowling alley with run down balls, overslicked lanes, and old vibes kinda feel. Don't expect too much here but they offer $10 unlimited bowling with shoes after 9pm. Drinks are a bit pricy with a pitcher of coors light being $13.50 and ipa being $18.50 read more

Wow, I don't know why people would say anything negative about this place! I loved it! I had the Bacon Bogey Cheeseburger, and let me just say wow! It was so good, juicy, fresh. I like the fact that they have the sauces on there own table. My family and I are sauce freaks so it was extremely convenient! The customer service was superb and the girls were so nice! Haylee was so nice and because of her customer service, me and my family will be back here when we visit! We were about 7 of us. Bowling price not too bad. Until we went to order, that lady was rude and seemed so annoyed while we ordered. The place is nice and we were having a good time, until one of the guys that works there told us we need to allow the person bowling next to us to bowl and take turns. He said its bowling courtesy. I told him we arent getting in their way. Other guy at the front desk said yes we are. When I asked him if there is a sign or something he said no. I would have understood if we were getting in the peoples way but we werent. I just found it heard to believe because I have been bowling multiple times and this is the first time I hear it. I work at a bowling center, and have bowled at dozens of different ones throughout Oregon. Mt. Hood Lanes is clean, and the staff is friendly and polite. The food is a little on the spendy side, and the dollar charge for a pitcher of water seems a little silly, but I'll overlook that. I bowled the OSUSBC State Tournament here and found the shot fair for a tournament of this level. Not super easy, as they took away the track for most people, but not super hard as there was a lot of hold in the middle. I also noticed that they have a really cheap cosmic night; 2 hours of bowling and shoes for $13 per person. If I were a teenager and lived in the area, I would probably hang out here. read more

Mount hood lanes, the best bowling alley around. It's nice and open, and very easy to navigate in, if you are visually impaired. I am 34, and love being a small little 34 year old kid at heart, and love bowling here every week. Even better, this place has Apple Pay support, so if you have the newest iPhones, you are in luck, because you don't have to scrub for your wallet, every time you want to pay. Very safe and private when it comes to paying for your bowling game, as well as food. I know the food is a little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for. I have a good small 34-year-old friend, that works here on the weekends. And most importantly, every time when I come here, I am greeted with kindness and helpfulness, and once in a great while I will knock down 10 bowling pins, but not all the time. Very safe from hot weather, especially in the summertime. I love this place so much, I will never stop coming here. The bar is great, has a good selection of beers on tap, as well as my favorite, Roy Rogers. Roy Rogers is not a beer, it is a Pepsi drink. Overall, if you are looking for a bowling alley that is nice and open, and if you are looking to take somebody who is visually impaired to this bowling alley, you will not be disappointed. We just had my son's 8th birthday there with four of his friends. The bowling alley was light and bright in the afternoon. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The birthday party overall was a big success as my son said it was the best birthday ever. My wife and I were a little stressed about putting on the party but it ended up being a great experience. Everything was very clean and the bowling computers were actually fairly intuitive as kids kept changing their minds about wanting bumpers or not. Overall great experience and would go back just for bowling or another party. read more
