It was a good little bar, the axe throwing was all booked up but we still had good food and good beer!

I went to yelp and was looking for somewhere to go and Brothers Cascadia stood out with all their options. The steak sando and the chicken sando both looked great so we ordered one of each and shared - boy they hit the spot! This is such a fun spot! A good balance of a neighborhood pub but also a place I could bring my kiddo and enjoy a basket of fries. Everyone on the staff was so friendly too. I look forward to coming back.

He enjoys playing dj with his curated music, which also had merit, but again was too loud for a weekday lunch. I'm not an old fart, (I think he and I were close to the same age) but old enough to have lost some hearing in my youth, and it was still a bit loud. The pork rinds were good, surprisingly generous and tasted very fresh. I liked the Tajin on them, but would have preferred it to be an option (shaker on the table) rather than just full coverage. I would have shared them, but the person I was dining with doesn't care do the spice. I ordered the bbq bacon cheeseburger with the sauce on the side and it was a generous portion, that was well-cooked. Just the way I ordered it! That being said, the beef was relatively tasteless and the whole sandwich was extremely greasy. The bacon on the sandwich was plentiful and not as greasy as the burger and cheese. I don't know the fries would be seasoned. It may or may not have been on the menu, I honestly can't recall. The place seemed well kept and customer oriented, food service wise, but the ambiance could be dialed down for the lunch crowd. If there was an alternate burger available nearby, I might not give Brothers a second chance. But I can't hate on it. Just a few too many flaws for the price, which was not cheap. Paying over $5 for a Mexican Coke was pretty steep since I didn't see any fountain options. But lastly, too be fair, the bartender was VERY kind!

They had a lot of taps so a wild variety for everyone but it is rare that we find places more for me than Ben. Between the two of us we tried 12 tasters while there, 7 being for my styles! Aside from the beer, they also have a really yummy looking menu and Ben zoned right into the pork schnitzel they had, which I don't see on the current menu but it was amazing! We also had the beer cheese soup as a starter. Everyone was super friendly, even offering to take a few photos of Ben and me enjoying our beers and food while making great conversation. With the amazing food, spending a few hours here was like nothing and 100% helped with making sure we ate while trying so many varieties of beer. Worth the short drive to visit and I'd suggest them to anyone who likes sours and ciders!!

The 1 that enjoyed it also had the Mmmerica burger with fries, the fries were not liked by the group, had an odd seasoning. Another ordered quesadilla with ground beef, it was spicy but lacked flavor. He also had the beer cheese soup, he enjoyed it, said it had a kick. I ordered pretzel with blue cheese fondue, it was meh. We ordered strawberry lemonade vodka, again it was meh. The "order at the counter" needs an upgrade, need another bartender to tend to the bar seated folks and another for walk ups, wait time is a bit much.

This place was highly recommended by my parents so we all went out for dinner here. It gave off…read morebuffalo wild wings vibes but different. Had plenty of lighting and seating. Axe throwing upstairs. Had a play area for kids. Cool little atmosphere and great customer service. We were seated right away and got to choose our booth. Decent number of options and a wide range of drink options. They even have where you can order samples of the beer and they come in cute little beer cups. Overall we would rate this place 4 stars. And here is what we ordered. pretzel twists as appetizer with cheese sauce. I am not a fan of pretzels but these are not actually pretzels. They are basically bread sticks in the shape of a twist. Homemade unique nacho cheese dipping sauce. They were very good and we all loved them. Highly recommend. Discounted during happy hour too. BBQ Bacon Burger (plain no veggies). It came with the tiniest spot of BBQ sauce (almost non existent) and some weird liquid cheese but barely any. No real flavor to the meat either. I personally would not get this again or recommend it. Bacon was not. Liked to my liking either. Salad - huge size and he really liked it. He would want to keep trying more menu items but would order that salad again. Pizza - She was NOT a fan! They overloaded it with sauce, barely any cheese or pepperoni and she barely touched it. She would not order it again or recommend it. But some people like a sauce pizza and if you do then Order it. Patty melt - he liked it. He would most likely order something else to try though. Dessert Cookies - pretty blah and not much taste. And they are super tiny for the price. I am a Cookie Monster but these were not good cookies to any of us. Would not recommend these. Overall this place has a great atmosphere and tons of drink options and TVS to watch sports. I would highly recommend it still.

I had their pilsner known as Beer Time and it wasn't a bad one at all. Flavor features with this are clean, crisp, bitter and hoppy. The beer itself has a shimmering brightness which gives you a visual impression that it's going to be a refreshing beverage. I didn't try the food here and it looks like a few other Yelp reviewers didn't care for it so I can't comment on that but the pilsner itself sufficiently provided a solid beer experience.
