Additionally, the selection of herbs is superior and more varied than what you'd find in the nearby home stores. Ed's also carries a ton of flowers - fortunately they are around to answer questions because the selection can be overwhelming. I stand up for myself and I am a retired Contractor and Realtor, I have installed and over seen the installation of many fence installs. The sale man made a drawling of the fence out line with measurements. The sub contractor did not follow it at all some short some long. Not one of the polls are in aline with each other in a line. They were very professional and quickly came out to provide an estimate. They did an amazing job! My neighbor came over when we returned from work to tell us how hard the guy had worked that day and how sparkly our house looked. My husband was ecstatic when he saw they had even power washed his little boat that was sitting up next to the shed that had green mold on it! What a nice surprise and above and beyond what they were hired to do. We also hired them to seal coat the driveway, as there was a discount to do both jobs. They did an amazing job on the driveway! There was some miscommunication about a piece of our driveway that was to be seal coated by the road, so I contacted Mr. Baker the next day to let him know. His guy showed up that evening and worked way after dark to complete the job. I highly recommend Baker Home Solutions for your next power washing and seal coating job. Medlin "patched" it, leading us to believe that the "fix" would work but it only grew worse. More cracks began appearing after less than a year. (Medlin brought in materials to build a foundation before pouring concrete). The supposed "high quality" concrete is now chipping and developing holes. Other damage was done to the property. We called James and requested visits to address the problems, but he never came although he said he would (or would "try"). Project was done in October 2021. Last request for follow up was September 2022. Quality is heartbreaking and disappointing.

He brought and excavator when he really needed a bobcat to prep the site. He left the crew working in the dark with no lights at the completion. The crew left concrete splattered all over my door and house, the pad has severe low spots so the garage leaks as the water runs under it, he cut relief joints several feet into what was supposed to be the smooth garage floor, the pad holds water in multiple places, destroyed my driveway with the trucks and when it was all done he left probably 10 tons of dirt piled up in the yard. I should have looked better, they have been sued multiple times for the same thing. I gave him an opportunity to fix the issues, but he just had excuses and even went so far as to claim I have a "hidden stream" in that specific spot and that I was being cheap because I only gave him $1500 OVER the price he originally quoted when he came to look this first time.
