I brought them to work with me today on the 3rd. They look really nice on the door part that you see on the bedside. However when bolted on the bedside ( which are GM NOS) they fit the opening horribly. I have chatted with them twice, sent photos and this is a simple matter of the hinge is not made right or has been tweaked badly. I provided pics and then said i would just like my money back. Now they are telling me they are non returnable because i primed them. I literally was so excited to get them, i unpackaged them and bolted them on. The fit is not good. Plain and simple. So I ask for my money back and I get an email saying they are not returnable because i primed them. Why would i prime something I have never test fit or done any body working to . Primer cost money . I simply bolted them on. I took them out of the boxes they came in and bolted them on. Nothing more. The fact i even have to leave a review is nonsense. I am a 30 year plus body tech and I don't mind tweaking and applying some of my skillset to something when it needs it, However these do not fit. But then to be accused of priming them is ridiculous. This is my personal vehicle I have owned since 2005 I am working on at my work after hours and Saturdays. I want it to stand tall. So this is not something to just bitch about being close enough. I explained to Josh what I was looking for and he quoted me a price. I never heard from any of the other companies on the website. I made contact with Josh on a Thursday and he said he'd be out on Tuesday. On Tuesday, he came out and measured and said that he'd be back on Wednesday morning. He indicated he'd be on his way after picking up the material. Unfortunately, the supplier had a slight problem and he was delayed. He made it to the house and went straight to work about two and half hours later, he was finished. The work did what I needed it to do-cover the basement opening and allow the water to drain off the cover--keeping my grandson safe all the while. Josh is responsive. He listened to what I was looking for and he delivered. I will use Josh's services if I have a need and I highly recommend him.
