One lady is helping a…read moreguy find a filter (sees us bring rotors in and lay them on the counter.) new dude struggling through a return. 2 old guys keep poking in & out of the back (no help just lazy gawkers). So basically after we stood there & looked up who else could turn rotors or sell us rotors for ten minutes our phones THEN we decide we're going to leave & my husband goes to pick up the rotors and head out the door. The lady helping the guy with the filters say oh did you need those turned? No genius I brought them in as paper weights! She then replies well we can't turn them he's new & im pregnant. Oh.. okay! (Again there were 4 workers there!) Moral of the story folks go to OReilys they actually care about their customers!
