But when he did arrive, within two seconds of popping the hood of my car he saw that some wires had been chewed through by an animal. He quickly did a patch job to reconnect them and my car was drivable (at least for the time being). We were both tired and frustrated and yet he still went above and beyond and did what was best for me and my car.

Figured out the issue quickly and did his best to get our trailer back on the road. The part had to be ordered which did delay the repair but I hold no fault on DJ or Hillbilly Towing for this. DJ stayed in contact with me thru the entire repair process. We come to the area regularly and will be using Hillbilly again if we have any issues!
