It allowed me to book the reservation at 2:45 pm with Kendra Smith. When I get there right on time, I was informed that Kendra is not even a manicurist. I was told she was a pedicurist. Why in the world would they allow people to book with a pedicurist for a manicure? The young lady that greeted me looked at me almost like I was supposed to know this, it was my first time patronizing this business!! How was I to know that their website will allow you to book with the wrong person. That is their error, not mine. There was no apology made and I was told that I can wait until 3:45 PM ( a full hour for another manicurist to be available). I told the young lady that was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. She agreed it was unprofessional and that Kendra should have made her aware of my appointment , but she just left for the day, not even mentioning it. I was sitting there dumbfounded. Also, no concessions were made. Again, not even an apology or an alternative. I just left in frustration. I unfortunately wasted an hour of my day driving there for no reason. But Henri's customer service is awful! He has the worst mood and absolutely terrible patience. The new pedicure chairs are TOP TIER though! My natural nails tend to grow upward, and K knew exactly where to place the apex for strength while creating a beautiful slope toward the tip. He also refined the underside of the tip so my oval nails could stay full and feminine without looking thick or bulky. The shape and balance are beautiful from every angle. I'm very particular about my nails and I know exactly what I like, so I really appreciate a nail tech who can explain what he's doing and why.
