I've been coming here for more than 10 years. Great service, very clean and Jenny, Tiffany and Nan are the best!

I love this salon. The manicurists are polite and all of them do a fantastic job. I've been to many places in the area and this is the BEST!

Hello, $78 including a tip for shellac manicure and regular pedicure. They kept trying to ask me to…read moreswitch to a more expensive pedicure smh. One thing I don't like is for u to keep asking me about the services when u know it's already expensive. I would never pay this on a normal day however, my 2year anniversary is coming up so I only did it for that day. I prefer to paint my own nails and save money sorry. Services: I had to ask do they offer beverages and I chose a Diet Coke. I asked for a straw too. Smh. I do want to point out that the ladies were gentle and that's what I'm looking for. Atmosphere: It was peaceful and they played tranquil music. They had TVs but they were not on. I used the massage chair at the last minute and it felt ok.

I walked in for a mani and pedi and asked for a classic French. I loved how my toes turned out, but…read moreI was really disappointed with the results on my hands. The French tips were super thick, and my cuticles were cut way too much. I let the nail tech know I wasn't happy and even showed her my thumbs -- she only fixed one nail and ended up cutting my thumbs shorter than the rest of my nails, which really hurt because they were my natural nails. When I went to pay, the total was $111. I didn't leave a tip because I genuinely wasn't happy with the service. I told the lady at the front that I would come back later because I wasn't satisfied, and she was incredibly kind and apologetic. Meanwhile, the nail tech who did my nails just stood in the back sipping her Stanley, watching me -- it felt so petty and unprofessional. When I came back, someone else was at the front. I explained the issue, and the nail tech who originally did my nails came and just stood beside him while I was talking, which honestly felt like she was trying to intimidate me. Thankfully, the man at the front sat me down and fixed everything -- and I was really happy with the final result. But honestly, it wasn't just about the nails. What hurt the most was the lack of care and the way I was treated by the first nail tech. I left in tears. I wish I had gotten her name, but the experience left a really bad impression. Service matters, and kindness goes a long way -- especially in this kind of industry. I'll upload pictures of the before and after And the cuts may not seem bad but my cuticles HURT anytime they touch water

If I could give this nail shop zero stars I would. I literally drove half an hour to this business…read morethat I saw on TikTok . They looked like a nice, cute, professionally run nail shop, but boy was I wrong. I booked my appointment two days in advance online for a builder gel manicure. It allowed me to book the reservation at 2:45 pm with Kendra Smith. When I get there right on time, I was informed that Kendra is not even a manicurist. I was told she was a pedicurist. Why in the world would they allow people to book with a pedicurist for a manicure? The young lady that greeted me looked at me almost like I was supposed to know this, it was my first time patronizing this business!! How was I to know that their website will allow you to book with the wrong person. That is their error, not mine. There was no apology made and I was told that I can wait until 3:45 PM ( a full hour for another manicurist to be available). I told the young lady that was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. She agreed it was unprofessional and that Kendra should have made her aware of my appointment , but she just left for the day, not even mentioning it. I was sitting there dumbfounded. Also, no concessions were made. Again, not even an apology or an alternative. I just left in frustration. I unfortunately wasted an hour of my day driving there for no reason. Do not go to this place of business as they are inconsiderate and horribly run.

Honestly, I'm somewhere between a 2-star and 3-star rating for The Nail Spot & Spa. This was my…read morefirst visit. I was looking for a salon closer to home than the one I normally use. I arrived on a Monday around 11:45 a.m., and the salon was very quiet. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who answered my question about the price of a shellac pedicure ($53), and I was taken back for my service right away. The nail technician was a young man. He didn't really greet me or introduce himself, he simply began the service. He seemed kind, so it wasn't a major issue, but it didn't feel especially welcoming. I chose the basic shellac pedicure, and one thing I found odd was that he never offered to turn on the massage chair. I didn't think to do it myself, but it's something I've come to expect during a pedicure. He asked if I wanted my toenails trimmed, and I said yes. Unfortunately, he cut my right big toenail much shorter than I wanted, and it ended up slightly crooked. The entire pedicure also felt extremely rushed. Even with me changing my polish color after he painted the first nail because I didn't like it, the service was over very quickly. He was gracious about letting me choose another color, which I appreciated. My biggest disappointment was the overall quality of the polish application. It's hard to explain, but his technique was very different from what I'm used to, and I just wasn't happy with the finished result. When I went to pay, the gentleman at the front asked how everything was. I mentioned that I wasn't pleased because my toenail had been cut too short and a little crooked. He looked at it briefly, said something to the technician in another language, and then immediately changed the subject by pointing to my fingernails and saying, "Next time come back, we can do a refill. Time for a refill." That response surprised me because my concern about the pedicure was never really acknowledged or addressed. I simply smiled, paid, and left. I stood there thinking, "Sir, I won't be coming back". Overall, everyone I interacted with was polite and friendly, which is why I'm torn between giving two or three stars. However, the rushed service, the uneven toenail cut, the polish application, and the way my concern was handled left me disappointed. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning.
