He was so knowledgeable about skydiving. I was his 17,999 jump. It would have been cool to have been his 18k jump. While in the air he was explaining how to look for birds soaring in vortex in order to be able to gain altitude. We found one and It was cool to experience the lift up. Not the ones in full color with typed up names. it would of been awesome, nice and cool to get to place this daredevil achievement on my wall next to my plaques, Spartan race medals and sport trophies. However i got a piece of paper my daughter could of made me. And to make it worse is this was a my birthday and it was a gift. Sucks to be me huh. Ps. SO. MUCH. FUN. We…read morecame here as a day trip not really knowing what to expect and had the best time! As an aerial park, TreeTop Adventures is basically a ropes obstacles course in the trees! You zip and glide around, completing different "trails" of varying difficulty. You buy tickets for a time slot ahead of time and are allowed 2 hours (plus a little bit of time for training) on their park. Because of the timed entry, we found that we didn't have to wait long on any of the trails even though the park had quite a lot of people at once. The trails vary from yellow to green to black (and double black) in difficulty. I'd definitely recommend trying a yellow or two before challenging yourself with a green (which requires more agility and it higher up). We tried the black at the end and found it incredibly difficult - it felt like a workout and didn't have any zip lines so honestly might not be worth the investment if you just wanna glide around in a more relaxed fashion. Importantly, they did a fantastic job making you feel safe. They have secure professional harnesses that have a locking mechanism that ensures that you're always connected to the safety cord and never at risk of free fall. One of my friends isn't the biggest fan of heights and said she had a great time!

Our instructor took us through the entire flight process in a short time period. It was very real!!! The simulator can simulate many types of conditions from clear skies to thunderstorm to a winter storm to adverse conditions flight crews face every day. Then we were just exploring the trail, not much to do. Walked in there for around 30-40 minutes, clicked some nice pictures, saw geese, robin, butterflies, insects etc. If you go on a rainy day, expect your shoes to get dirty with the mud. We saw few boats parked while walking by the loop. Make sure you have your bug repellent with you.
