Like any good and complete Co-op (I have run into bad ones) the products are of good quality and the food is organic. There is a nice deli area where you can get sandwiches and food bar to dish up if your heart desires it. There is a good health and beauty section where like the quality of the food is a few grades above a run of the mill grocery store which the quality can be questionable and if it's ethically sourced (same concern goes to food too). I purchased a few cans of beer and hop water. The hop water was quite good but it is from a brewery that we have a very high regard for so not a huge surprise. They have a considerable beer and wine selection which is nice. This is a great place to go and support... something I can really get behind is to support local businesses!

It's on a sourdough bread with a cranberry sauce and sliced turkey deli meat. The cranberry sauce is a cream base and is extremely tasty without being too powerful. I added on bacon and Dijon mustard along with dill pickles. The turkey is perfect and juicy. I was afraid it would be dry, but nope, they know what they're doing here. All the flavors go really well together, even when I added on. And the bread is moist, it didn't quite taste like a sourdough, maybe it was a little bit more of a white bread, sourdough, but it was really good. You can now purchase two packs of them in the bakery case as well as single ones. They are made just up the road where Finn River Cidery is and moved a short distance to the Farmstand so they are fresh and ready to go as it is quite obvious when you bit into them. I can't recommend that shortbread high enough and the rest of the Farmstand is just so great! Definitely a must stop!
