Came at 8:15 on a weekday morning. Left 20 min later with two new front tires. Great service, great prices.

I'm gonna make a long story short as I can. I went to get a tire and they put the wrong size on. The wrong size cut into the tire wheel well. This caused the wheel well metal to pull out once the wrong size tire was shredded to the metal. That didn't take long as it was rubbing against the wheel well right away. So finally, I had them put a new tire on which didn't do much because after six months of the tire wheel well being pulled down it took out the suspension on that side tearing up the new tire I put on there. You can see it in the pictures. I'm writing this for women out there that have tire issues. Please go somewhere else. read more

I went there this morning for my car's tire, and the experience was terrible. They were very disrespectful. I even gave them the lug-nut key to remove the tire, but the guy said he couldn't take it off because it was "too hard." Instead of actually checking the tire, they just put a spiral plug in it, added air, and charged me $25 just for that. They asked for the money in a very rude way. No customer service and no respect for customers at all. read more

Had a nail in my tire. I knew American Tire wouldn't patch it due to it being too close to the sidewall. I drove in - and within 15 minutes - the technicians had took out the nail, patched it up, tested for air bubbles then sent me on my way. Shoutout to Kenet. So I've had to come to this spot two or three times to get my tires patched/ leaks fixed due to nails in them. Each time I've come, they are so kind, helpful, and best of all, QUICK! It used to be $20 to fix patch a tire and is now $25, but still not bad at all. Juan was super quick, and I was in and out of this spot within 20 minutes. Customer service is great, the work is great, definitely recommend! It might be a little hard to spot because of the giant hedge it is next to if you are driving from the west side on Parthenia! I've come here for several years to get used tires and never had an issue. This time on top of 3 tires I asked about the price of an air filter replacement. One guy said 25 in Spanish and then the other guy turns to me and says 35 in English. I understand Spanish though so I called him out and said I heard him say 25. He gaslighted me and said I didn't hear that while smirking and exchanging looks with his coworker. It's just 10 dollars but the way he continued to lie to me while laughing in my face made me lose all trust in them as people and I'll never come back. read more

I wish I had more positive things to say but the service here is appalling. I had a guy come check my flat and see what size it was. He then said he was calling his other store to see if they had a tire that size and left me hanging for a loooong time. He walked by me several times after he was off the phone with no update whatsoever. I will not be back again. Great other customers like chumps who will take the abuse, no thank you! In years past and I was in a bind. I could always stop by MT and have my vehicles serviced. Punctures, baldness, flats. I've experienced various issues with a tire. Heck, I've had a smoking tire while on the 118! It's not a place that has advert funding yet, people in town are well aware of this spot. It can serve you well when your in a bind. WoW,WoW,WoW!!! I needed to replace 1 tire on my Benz. I was getting quotes of $150+ for brands that I've never heard of, by the big chain tire stores..but then stumbled across these guys. They told me that they could pop a Pirelli tire on, all fitted, tax included out the door for - $45.00!!! Whaaat? Sure, the tire was second hand but the tires on my car weren't exactly new, so I thought I'd give it a go... what a pleasant surprise! The Pirelli had full tread on it, it looked new, the guys fitted the tire and I was out the door within 20 mins!! I just saved over $100! = Amazing!! This place is PACKED with tires and half of them are second hand but they all look new, like they've never touched the road. I took a bunch of business cards to tell all of my friends... When something sounds too good to be true, it usually is... BUT, not in this case. Amazing deal and 5 star service. They came highly recommended. I bought 4 used tires from them. I didn't expect great tires but I expected them to do a proper job. The day after I got the tires changed, my tire pressure light came on. All four tires pressure were wildly inconsistent. Two of the tires were over inflated and two were under inflated. I adjusted all the tires but I think one of the tire must have a hole in it because it's looking flat again. Again, I wasn't expecting anything great, but I did expect the tires not to be defective and installed properly. Never going back to them. Had the misfortune of taking a screw in my tire this past Sunday, my go to tire store is not open on Sundays so I resorted to yelp to find a place that was close to where I was that had good reviews. Mexican Tires, was close by with good ratings so I headed over, bumping all the way across town. When I got there I couldn't really figure out where I was supposed to park or who I was supposed to speak with (there is a very small office inside that wasn't well marked) so I pulled in front of one of the stalls and waited for someone to come over. He had my move my car over a couple of stalls and within about 10 minutes and $15 dollars less in my wallet I was moving back down the road. read more

Well first of all. I just got to say that there's 3 locations in about a 7 mile radios here in northridge and this location is the best. I always get good service. I have gone to the one in roscoe and winnetka and I got done shitty service. I went kus my tire needed air and they just threw me the air machine n had me do it myself and the guy was being rude Back to this place. I always get good service. I went to get an alignment for my tahoe. N while I was there some guy showed up to get air. N the tall guy went above n beyond and even cleaned his tires at no charge. The service is pretty quick. Unless there's many ppl waiting. Then there's a decent wait. I have gone there to get tires patched, air, and alignment. The alignment there is pretty cheap. They charge 45$ for a small car. N $50 for a big SUV. I called around and every other place was charging starting at $60. Even the other Mexican tires places were charging $60. The tall guy is the most friendly guy. He knows wat he's doing and gets the job done right. I would of preferred the tall guy to have checked my car. Since he has done an alignment for one of my car before. The short guy did the alignment. He was friendly as well. Helped me out as soon as he was done wt the other customer. I would of gave 5 stars to this place. But I just couldn't because the short guy didn't offer the report of the alignment test (like I had recently gotten wt another car). Other than that. These guys are crooks. They said alignment was $80, made me wait a 1/2 hour and then raised the price to $120 because of the difficultly of the job. The car is an 2002 Acura RSX. Couldn't be an easier car to align. Either they don't know anything about cars or they just decided to charge me more because they didn't like me. Wow this place is great! Super fast, professional and friendly. They patched up my flat tire, checked the air pressure and put air into my other tires, and put all armor-all on the outside of the tires so that they look new. Also happy that they were open on a Sunday afternoon, had a very good price, and accepted credit card. My husband only goes to this place for tires and now I know why.
