Called this place talked to a a lady that gave me a price on 4 used tires after someone had slashed all 4 tires, I had paid for a tow truck to bring it to the location once I got there and he knew I was at his mercy at 6:00 pm he changed the price on me. I told him I just called 30 min ago your worker gave me a price already, and the owner said well she's a worker and I'm the owner I make the prices. Total asshole. I asked if they would match a top competitor's price with road hazard and balance warranty, yes we can match it! I show up a few months later for my first balance, and was asked where my receipt was, something that I thought was very disturbing! This place has no computer and would not honor the balance warranty! if you want to deal with people who live in the Stone Age with no computer and do not keep their word, then do business with them! I have used this location for years to deal with low tire pressure readings in my cars and trucks. Today, Sunday, I had a screw in the tire and it was going flat. Drove it over, the guy got right to it. Took the wheel off, took it inside, did whatever it took to fix it. Wheel put back on, all done in 15 minutes or so. I've been to this tire shop many times for both tire repairs and to buy used tires. They have always charged me $20 for a tire repair. This morning I had nails in two separate tires. Since I always pay $20 I didn't think to ask how much they were going to charge before I had them patch the tires. They tried charging me $60 for two tire repairs. I was so upset that he offered to take it down to $50. It's the principle. The price of the repair shouldn't change based on the mood of the person changing it that day. Very Small Place. Quick and efficient service. I've come here to patch my tire before. I think its either 10 or 15bucks for a patchup. They take your tire and run it through water to see if they can find the source of the puncture and then they patch it up. GREAT source for used tires. They had alot of tires there but when I needed my 225/40/18 tires used they told me they could get one for around 50 bucks. Now that is amazing since my tire brand new could cost like 120 at Pep Boys. Even 180 after taxes and disposal fees and everything else Pep Boys charges. Not only did this place deliver by getting me my used tire for that 50bucks cash but the tire they got me was a Run Flat which means they cost more and if I got a flat tire with this tire I could actually keep driving. The Only reason I don't give this place a 5 star is because it took a couple of days to get it. The guy who works here is a pretty quiet guy but nice. read more

I was greeted by Martin at this Tire Center location on Saturday afternoon. I explained the issues with one of my tires and he quickly got to work. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. I ended up replacing my tire with a used one for $45, not bad I think. Martin also checked the pressure on all of my tires and let me know that they all were too full (whoops lol). I was looking for new (or used, but new to my vehicle) tires but couldn't find any for a decent price. It just so happens that, I had a flat tire and had to replace my flat with my spare (whoo-hoo! Just my luck). Of course, this just had to happen on a day where I had an appointment to have brunch with one of my gf's (that ended quick -- rain check!). Not being able to jack up my car to fix my flat, I had to go through my insurance route (another whoop whoop!) and wait for over an hour in this heat wave (yes...my luck) for someone to replace my flat. Luckily I befriended my hero of the day (might've been what I was wearing??) who recommended I go to Mexican Tires for a new/used tires. All bummed out and what not (from missing brunch -- I don't get out much these days) I decided to take a yonder down Roscoe and check out this place. I was greeted by Cesar who helped replace my other worn out front tire. Total came out to be $35 to rid of my rubbish (flat) and put in the new used tire. This place saved my butt a couple times. I come in and it's down to business. The service is quick and cheap. I was at the local Honda dealership today and probably spent more time waiting there for them to tell me they can't help me than I did getting everything fixed at this place. This should've been my first stop instead. Each time I come in, whether it's for a patch job or tire replacement, it's super quick and affordable. The one guy that works there was servicing three cars at once. I like to see the guys at the Honda dealership do that. They would probably need half a day to change one tire, try to sell you three more and have to take out a loan to pay for it. Sorry for the rant/tangent. Worst place ever!!! I came here to get a nail pulled from my tire and to also have it plugged. I was kind of nervous, because the place is small, so small they lift your car with floor jacks only and jack it up where ever you happen to pull up. Anyways, I came here because I heard they do good work..However, not through my experience!! So I showed up to get the work done on a Tuesday and was told by the guy working there (no names, you know who you are) what I needed. He told me he didn't have a certain part to take my tire off the wheel without scratching it...Great, a place who takes care in what they do. He tells me to come back later on when he has the part. Do to my schedule I came back the following day. I showed up Wednesday morning to have the work done and the guy remembered me..He asked me what tire it was and I told him it was the rear passenger tire. As he pulls the floor jack to the rear I tell him these rims are brand new, and he tells me they look good. I ask him to be really careful because there isn't a single scratch on them, and I know this because I wipe them down 2-3 times a week. Not including the two times i washed them with a special hand micro-fiber cloth and the three times I wiped them down the day after I washed them because hidden water drops show themselves after I decide my work is sufficient enough..IT'S THAT SERIOUS!!! Again, I tell him how scratch free the wheels are, and he proceeds to get his impact wrench, and starts taking off the wheel bolts. They were tightened too tight so he gets his hand wrench and a breaker bar and tells ME to step on it..Cool Cool, I don't mind working, when I get paid for it, but when I'm paying someone to do it...It doesn't sit right with me...Anyways, I loosen it and he uses the impact wrench without holding the deep socket and it ends up slapping and scratching the ish out of my rims and then he pulls it out and the wheel bolt flies off and lands smack down on the lip of my rim. WTF!!! I was fuming to say the least and the only thing I could see was red. I guess the five times I said "PLEASE BE CAREFUL, THESE RIMS ARE BRAND NEW" didn't mean anything. I told him he scratched my rim and he said sorry..Sorry doesn't fix the scratches he left behind.. I'm sure a majority of the time this place does good work for the average commuter wanting new tires..But if you have nice rims and don't want them banged up, don't come here..I asked this guy more than enough times to show some care for these rims and he didn't. I'll never come back and If anyone ever asks me about the quality of work they do, I'll start my sentence with a OH HELL NO... read more
