I went to Reseda Tire today (Saturday) to have them inspect a quickly deflating tire. I arrived at 4:35 PM because Yelp currently has the hours listed as closing at 6:30 PM. When I arrived, the gate was closed because they actually closed at 4 PM. The front door was open so I called them and Joshua answered. Even though they had been closed for a half an hour, he offered to fix my tire. That's amazing Customer Service! Joshua shared that they have repeatedly tried to get Yelp to fix the hours on their website to show that they are open from 8 AM to 4 PM Monday through Saturday to no avail. I've reported this to Yelp today to hopefully prevent any other customers from thinking this is Reseda Tires' fault. Unfortunately, I didn't have the wheel lock key for Joshua to repair my tire, so I had to go home and get it and go to another tire shop that was open. However, Reseda Tires has earned my respect and al future business from me because of Joshua's offer after hours to assist me. Let's support this small business! read more

Every time I've come here to get my car checked up on they are always helpful and attend to car needs for my Alfa Romeo. My tires got rotated and they checked my breaks as well. I appreciate the transparency I get from them and being shown what the issue/repairs my car needs. I recommend coming here as their service is great and efficient. They speak Spanish as well. With how crazy the rain has been in SoCal and the amount of driving I do, I tend to get nails in my tire. These guys were responsive, kind, and very quick to make sure I was in and out even when they had a ton of cars ahead of me. They could tell I was stressed. I came in because my tire had blown the night before. When I arrived I was greeted right away and my issue was resolved within minuets. To add to the great service, I was explained that all my tires will blown very soon as they are all warn, I was given a few options that fit my budget and ended up with 3 tires. A class act! I naturally suffer social anxiety and its hard to convey thoughts sometimes but these guys made me feel at ease as if I had known them forever. Despite different cultural backgrounds, me being caucasin and them Latino -- they made me feel at home. So much that I left a pretty expensive set of rims overnight upon first meeting, just knowing they would be there the next day. As for service and price - unbeatable. My tires were worn and needed replacement. They changed them immediately. They gave me two price choices. I looked them up and they were right on the money. Fair prices. They changed it immediately and even tightened up some lose/broken wheel well plastic parts! They did not give me a hard sell at all but told me to get my brakes changed. I knew this was accurate as I had taken it to another place about 6 months ago. I brought the car back in in the morning and they dropped me off at work 1.5 miles away. These guys are super nice. This place was so rude and a bit sexist. I understand mistakes happen but take responsibility. I had come here for a new tire. Once they changed it, they sent a kid out to check the pressure of the rest of my tires. Not thinking much of it I drive off and the second I hit the freeway the tire exploded due to too much air(told to me through multiple mechanics and tow truck) I got towed back to this place and was instantly told I was the one in the wrong and should have just bought a new set and just over all didn't want to take responsibility that the kid might have over filled it. Simple mistake when you don't know the car. Once my boyfriend arrived and said the exact same thing.... they replaced the tire. Got a flat tire near Reseda and Sherman Way and so I quickly stopped at this place because I saw the huge sign. They were super quick and very professional. Do not go here, especially if you're a woman we went to get a used tire for my daughters 2016 Honda Civic 3 guys maybe in their mid to late 20s were working there and they charged me $60 to later find out that I could've got one for $30 maybe $40 tops and I could've purchased a new one for $80 just $20 more. I don't know if they took advantage because we were women and we don't know about these things but I am not happy and I will never go there again and I will never recommend anybody. read more

Nothing but praise for these guys. I got some odd shaped piece of metal in my run flat tires. Our first option was to repair the tire - they offered to loan me a tire so I could keep my car while they were fixing the tire (how nice is that!). After pulling the metal piece out it was clear the tire couldn't be fixed. They did not have my tire in stock, but were able to get one in later that day, so was able to get it all done in a single day. Even better, when I picked up the car I saw they had adjusted my tire pressure monitor. The lines get dirty about once a year and I just have it cleared when I service the car. Getting in my car and not having the tire pressure monitor light come on was a nice surprise. I will be back. Highly recommend this place. read more
