No matter if you need police, the fire department or emergency medical services, these are the people you want sending help. They know how to help calm you down in your time of crisis, so they can accurately send you the help you need. There is a lot that happens here at dispatch. They don't only serve one department but send out units from 6 police departments, 6 fire departments, up to 6 ambulances, EMA services, animal control, the coroner, as well as call for wreckers, contact judges, county attorneys, KSP, railroads, cps, and several other departments when needed. These guys and girls are here when we need them and really take on a load to get us the emergency services we need, when we really need them.
