You'll get little time with an actual PT, and the aides/assistants aren't always the best--don't always know proper form, etc. With the PT trying to farm out much of the work to these helpers and trying to just be a coordinator/director, you won't get the care you really need...unless you are an athlete under age 35. The PTs seem to focus their time on athletic rehab for true athletes under 35 (and probably really under 30). I came here to begin rehab after a total knee replacement. And I am over 25. Big mistake. Basically wasted almost four of my PT visits from insurance before I had had enough and made a change.

My lower back, hips and core have been weak due to the multiple pregnancies as well as prior injuries so my pelvic floor doesn't have much support. Kerri has taught me all the important exercises that target tiny support muscles I've neglected for years and I feel myself finally getting stronger. I wasn't sure I'd be able to do much with the pain and aches that was often debilitating and kept seeming to pop up on different locations but Kerri is definitely a pro and I'm excited about the progress we've been making! I've been to many PTs before for different ongoing injuries and Kerri is by far my favorite. The office is also clean, spacious and I like that treatment areas are more private than in some other offices. Though my interactions with others is minimal, everyone else I've engaged with has been super friendly and efficient.

They LIE to the insurance and bill different codes and charges to maximize their $$ while provide the same damn services. My PT even had multiple people scheduled for the same appointment but when I looked at the insurance bill, it turned out they billed for longer period and different treatments that are more expensive. Most people in this area don't care about the insurance bill/co-pay as long as the service is good, but if you pay slight attention to their practice you would realize that they overcharge you for almost everything. They oversell you on being "friendly & professional" but you pay for it on the backend. Honesty is a key for this business, so won't be surprised that they get hit with an insurance fraud suite sooner than later.
