I usually talk to the older gentleman and he is always super nice and attentive and keeps me updated on any issues, if any. Hate to do this but today was difficult at Turner and Osborne. Went to have battery checked and why…read moreinstrument panel going from bright to dark. Was told that needed a new battery and terminal connectors replaced. No problem until told it would cost $540 for parts and labor...wow! Declined service but paid $57 for labor to find problem. Went to O'Reilly's got battery for $179 and then to CO-OP to put in. They also told me to replace one terminal and that was done for $68.00 (part and labor). All in for $247 compared to $540. Hmmmm...think twice before overpaying for service at Turner and Osborne. Quite disappointing.
