Fast forward a few years, we had a loose rubber seal on our front windshield and were concerned about potential water leaks so I gave Kevin a call to see if he could take a look. He responded immediately and we set up some time for him to take a look. Turns out, there was no leak and the fix was purely cosmetic, but he still wanted to perform a full diagnostic just to make sure there wasn't any leaks somewhere else in the car. The good news is that everything was fine and no leaks were detected, which means his windshield fixes from several years ago are still going strong! I went to Hampton Auto Glass to ask them if there was anything they could do and they acted completely incompetent. The guy there went on a several minute rant about how it was my fault it flew off and I must've messed with it or been touching it. Why would I possibly touch my windshield wiper? Why would I get a service if I already thought I was Miss handy women over here? And why are we acting like we've never seen a car before?
