I took an out-of-town vacation, cracked my windshield on the way north, and dreaded dealing with it when I got home. The next day I noted that MS Glass was nearby, had reasonable reviews, and was on the list provided by Geico, so I submitted a claim via the Geico app on my phone. I called to arrange a time and was surprised to hear them say they could take care of me at 9:30AM the next morning. I took the car in and checked in with Neil, who said it would take an hour and a half, so I waited. Around an hour and 20 minutes later, they were done. A re-calibration of the cruise control and lane departure lenses is recommended, but I tested them all on the freeway and everything is functioning properly. A first-class job. read more

I sustained a chip in my windshield over Memorial Day weekend and I had been putting off getting my windshield fixed, until I was driving behind a van advertising MS Glass. It was like the universe told me to get it done ASAP. I called the number right away and the woman who answered told me they offered repairs on a walk-in basis during the week. I decided to come here and was very impressed with the service! They were quick at the repair and the man working the front desk had awesome customer service! There is a small waiting room or there is a Starbucks within walking distance to help pass the time. Even though I barely finished my breakfast before they called me to tell me they were done. I wanted to replace the fixed rear window on my Ford Ranger with a sliding window. Called and got a quote (expensive) but wanted it done so based on good reviews figured it would be done well. It's done, but I wouldn't say it was done well. The paint was scratched around the window opening, there was adhesive on the glass, and the adhesive was clearly oozing out beyond the window margins in multiple places. I was able to get them to buy the touch up paint (which I preferred to use myself after the sloppy window replacement.) I won't be a repeat customer. read more

We recently had Ford Escape windshield replaced, at the Vancouver store. If you think your windshields rubber molding will look like it did when you brought it in, you may be in for a surprise. Our car now has gaps between the rubber molding and the windshield frame where there used to be no gap. Now there is room for dirt pine needles and other debris collect there. The molding does not even look the same. When my wife complained about the fit, she was argued with. Several days later they argued with me. Then told us to take the car to the Beaverton store and talk to the manager. So I did. There I was agued with again and was assured that gaps were normal. I was told if I go and look at any other Ford Escape of my cars age I would find the same gaps. So I did! wouldn't you know it looked just like what our car used to look like, no gaps!! Stopped in to MS Glass to speak to a tech about getting my cracked windshield looked at. A Gentleman by the name of Neal helped me. He was very friendly, he looked at the crack told me he could stop it from spreading and explained the process. Told me what the cost would be and it was a reusable price so I went ahead and had the cracked fixed so it wouldn't spread. He did a Wonderful job. I would recommend Ms Glass to anyone. read more

I've used MS Glass twice. In my most recent interaction, I got a crack a few days after. I had a bad experience at one of their locations in Vancouver. After this matter was brought to their attention, they took it very seriously, Sam was very hospitible and honest. He wanted the opportunity to take care of everything. Do not take your vehicle here, shoddy workmanship. They lost one of my side cowl pieces and didn't secure the other side, when I asked them about it they said it was already missing and would show me a picture which was taken a half hour after they started work on replacing my windshield and said it was already missing. Both my wife and I were witness to it being there prior to our appointment when we hand washed the car. On a positive note, the young man working the front came out and fixed the detached side and tried to make amends, but the manager only offered to reimburse half of the replacement cos. read more

I made an appointment to have a chip repaired on my windshield. When I arrived for my appointment, I mentioned that I thought the chip may have been repaired previously. Upon further inspection, the experts at MS Glass confirmed the chip had been repaired. Unfortunately, that meant they could not do a second repair (bummer). However, MS Glass was super cool. They filled in the chip (about 5 minutes) free of charge. Needless to say I was very pleased and thankful that they could help. read more

I called for a estimate for my work truck. Sam, the guy who answered the phone was asking for my phone number And I didn't want to give it to him due to unwanted sales calls. He said it doesn't matter he has caller ID so he has it anyway. So I hung up and I didn't want to do business with MS Glass. 10 min later Sam calls back to try and give me a quote. i had some words to tell him and hung up again on him. I guess privacy isn't a priority for this company. I will never do business with this company again and urge people to utilize other companies. read more

Came outside to find my car window smashed, which unfortunately seems to be a common occurrence now in this region. Obviously, a very stressful and violating feeling - which was made even worse when I called a few places and no one could get me in for well over a week. When I called MS glass, a nice woman answered right away and was so helpful. They ended up having to get my window shipped from Tacoma due to it being unavailable locally. But even still they got me in within 2 days AND the cost was $100 cheaper than any of the other quotes I got! My window now looks brand new again! I first got a estimate from Safelite glass for $578. Then I called MS glass for an estimate from them. Their first estimate was 750 some odd dollars then I told them they were too high that I had an estimate for $578. After I told them, I had that estimate, they said that they would do it for $555. After the job was done in a very short time they called and said it was ready. After getting the car home and inspecting the job, there were greasy fingerprints all over the headliner and window posts of my Landrover. You would think they could use gloves or some other precautions rather than giving your interior filthy. read more

The manager told me they could fix a leak in a rear window , pull it out and reseal . I got a call saying she glued it and it was not leaking charged 135 bucks , Still was leaking brought to anthor shop the window is leaking and it needs pulled out and resealed , just what she said she was going to do over the phone ! needless to say I'm out the money and windows still leaking ! waiting on a honest shop to fix next week hopefully ! what a rip off i'm read more

I needed to have some glass inserts cut for my kitchen cabinet doors. Not all of them are exactly the same size. Most places I called wouldn't do it or wanted to charge me a crazy amount. When I called MS, they said, "no problem." I brought the doors in and Kevin custom cut each piece and placed it inside the door inset to make sure it fit. He even plastic wrapped each door for safe travel. I love "can do" businesses and MS Glass is certainly one of them. read more

I called for a quote to replace my windshield and the person I spoke with so rude. She made several passive-aggressive comments about how many times she had to talk with me about my quote, I was having trouble getting through to my insurance carrier to file a claim and was told that farmers didn't use that shop. When I told her this she argued with me. I have never written a review before but am so incensed that I felt I had to. She was abrupt, snide, flippant, dismissive and not at all helpful. This place saved the day! My 17 year old wanted his windshield replaced for his birthday. I scheduled Safelite to come do it (on his actual birthday), and they panicked over a little rust and would not proceed. I called MS Glass after reading their reviews online and Tamara who works there SAVED THE DAY. She said to come on in, she ordered the glass and his windshield was replaced in a matter of a couple of hours. AMAZING! Such good customer service! They were the first to respond after messaging after calling about five different places to replace my windshield after a big piece of asphalt came through the driver side windshield on the way from KC to Camas. Came out first thing the next morning around 9 even though they gave me a window of 9 until 1. Jose did a great job, got my windshield on my Element replaced in about an hour. read more

Be very careful with these scam artists. They quoted $89 to repair a windshield water leak and when my girlfriend brought the car to them they told her it was not the windshield leaking, it was the sunroof and charged her $97 for that diagnosis and sent her away. I designed cars for the auto companies for over 30 years. I had checked it myself. I am 100% sure they misdiagnosed this. It is not a sunroof leak. read more

I had my windshield replaced on Friday, was leaving town as soon as it was done. We decided to take our other vehicle because of the restrictions on new windshields. When we were loading our other vehicle we noticed 2 scratches on the hood of the car. When we got back in town (today) my husband took it up to MS Glass Outlet to show them the hood. Of course they denied knowing anything about it. Very disappointed that a company will not stand behind any damage that was done while in their possession . Called around looking for a shop to install some OEM lock strips I had purchased. No other shops would touch the work. MS Glass said bring it down and let us take a look. Took the car and parts down on my lunch hour, they verified they could do the work, provided a reasonable quote and said they could do it that afternoon. Took it back 3 hours later and they completed the job as promised, even acquired a specialty tool in between the quote and the job. ZERO Stars! I had my windshield replaced in my car and when I took the tape off, the white car now had a very visible and obvious ugly brown spot that was not previously there before the windshield was installed. Lena at the Vancouver office argued with me that the damage was there before, yet also stated that she didn't see the car. And laughed at the estimate I had from a reputable damage appraiser to get my car fixed. She was extremely rude and refused to help me. She had ZERO customer service skills to deal with an unhappy customer and only made things worse. I called the corporate office and sent them a picture of the damage. Tonia also claimed the damage was previously there although she didn't see the car before hand either. She said they don't have the tools to cause that and refused to talk to the tech that did it, then she hung up on me. When my husband talked to the tech he admitted the damage in that specific spot above the windshield was not there and claims he tried to fix a rust spot that we never seen. Yet neglected to say anything about discoloration or chipping of paint to the top of the car where there was no visible rust or damage prior to installation. If I wouldn't had been surprised by a hideous brown spot on my white car this would be a different conversation. This company has zero customer service skills, no ethics, no morals, no values, and shady business practices. The most upsetting part is that multiple people straight face lied to me! Don't believe me? A quick google search at the Better Business Bureau shoes that MS Glass is an F rated company with 8 complaints similar to mine. read more

I had a rock chip on my wind shield that needed to be repaired. I called yesterday at 12 PM and was able to get an appointment for an hour later. They fixed my windshield within 15 minutes. I went in to have a passenger side window replaced. I drove in with a functional stereo, clock and alarm system. Now all are non-functional! They refuse to do anything about it... saying they didn't touch any of those things. Obviously they pulled some wire or shorted some fuse. They also told me it would only take 1 hour and it took 2!
