She has all the forms you need to fill out so you don't waste time when you arrive for your session. The suite is clean and you're the only person there while is your time. The place was clean, the bed had a heater too! The room smells like essential oils and has relaxing music. Sharonda was really customer oriented. The massage was good but her hands are for the sensitive person definitely. I'm captain crunch when it comes to my muscles so I need that good firm pressure so they can really work on the trigger points. She do not do trigger point therapy. She asked me what area I wanted to focus on so I told her but I also said I wanted a full body massage. she spent most of the time on the focus area. I felt she rushed a bit on the other areas and they were not really addressed enough. Other than that I think she is a good therapist if you just want a back rub with a light pressure.

It was mid-afternoon on a Friday, so I had the place to myself and the masseur was working alone for majority of our session. I went with the Combination B, which was 60 minute table and 30 minute foot. The massages were great, pressure was spot on and all the trouble areas were handled. My only gripe is that the masseuse had to leave the room and massage on several occasions due to lobby traffic. This took away from being able to fully disconnect and relax for a solid 90 minutes. Overall, I am undecided on my return. I enjoyed, but the mental part of a massage is just as important as the physical for me.
