Love that LJY is our weekend date and treat to ourselves. We start to get antsy again every couple of weeks and then find ourselves right back in the chairs for the chair and feet massage. The environment is nice and clean, inviting and relaxing. Staff are extremely kind, accommodating, and consistent with technique. Just really amazing. Everybody is so nice and nobody seems to mind when I ask for a bit lighter of a massage. Prices are great, scheduling is extremely easy. Will continue returning for our weekend dates. LJY Reflexology is a small massage spot located in a shopping plaza directly on Lebanon Pike. For the most part, if you have visited a similar massage place specializing in reflexology, then you have essentially visited LJY. Since moving to the NE part of Nashville, I have been looking for a massage spot to call my own. While walk-in places are great, I enjoy a good appointment and on the day that I was in need, LJY was had availability and the option to book online. It was mid-afternoon on a Friday, so I had the place to myself and the masseur was working alone for majority of our session. I went with the Combination B, which was 60 minute table and 30 minute foot. The massages were great, pressure was spot on and all the trouble areas were handled. My only gripe is that the masseuse had to leave the room and massage on several occasions due to lobby traffic. This took away from being able to fully disconnect and relax for a solid 90 minutes. Overall, I am undecided on my return. I enjoyed, but the mental part of a massage is just as important as the physical for me. read more

The best New Year's eve gift I gave myself was an hour of reflexology at LJY ! My son and I were the last clients (by appointment) of the night. I have been in places where staff tend to slack in customer care or politely urge to have you leave so they could close. LJY is NOT one of those places. The staff were so kind and attentive. They took every care to provide a relaxing, soothing, and luxurious reflexology experience; temperate water, firm message, checking if pressure is okay, bottle of water to hydrate, soothing music. My son is a rower athlete and has firm leg muscles to manipulate. He gives LJY a gold star for excellent muscle pressure and attention to tough areas. I am an avid fan of having an hour+ of message where ever I have travelled, whenever available. Joyed knowing LJY is close by. Prices seem to be in range to other reflexology/message places. Dont go here! They don't know how to schedule. Called at 12pm and was told they had a cancellation and was told to arrive at 315pm. So I got there at 305pm. And one man asked if I knew who my appointment was with. And I said "I don't know, the guy on the phone told me to just be here at 315pm" That man responded and said "ok, hold on, please take a seat" So I did, at 345pm a woman enters and I ask her if she knew the place, what schedules were like, and she said she was 4pm. That same older man who told me to take a seat, who was stocking towels, hanging out, on his phone. Comes out and ask for the 4pm and said, "hello, are you ready for your massage?" And she goes, um I think he was here first and points to me That same man, say, "hey, nobody here for your massage, come back tomorrow" I say, "no thank you, I come back never, you sat there for 45min and couldn't let me know that earlier?" And walk out. That was too stupid to even happen! What the hell happened to customer service! It was my first time there and last time there. I work at the hospital up the street in the ER, and was only there cuz my shoulder was hurting after lifting an obese patient. Don't go to this place! read more

Easy to make a last minute appointment online. Competitive prices for massages and reflexology. Super friendly Receptionist who makes you feel welcome and has great energy. The chairs and tables are all new, comfortable and clean. For reflexology you get a big comfy chair that's so supportive and soft that you could just lay back and relax during your treatment. The chair fully reclines so it's also comfortable to lay down. For table massages you go into a separate room. I got a neck and shoulder massage when my shoulders were tense and it was a huge help to my neck mobility. Strongly recommend, even if you're not in Hermitage. It's worth the drive. read more

Set up an appointment for noon which is when they open on Sundays. The person I booked with had yet to arrive after 15 minutes of laying naked on the table. There was a gentleman sitting in the chairs outside the room on his phone, coughing. No one told me anything until I got dressed and came out. This is an incredible place to get a massage. It is so clean and the atmosphere is relaxing and calm. The owner is kind and you can immediately tell that she is grateful for every single customer that walks through her door. I have been receiving massages every other week and will continue to have this be the place that I go pamper myself and relieve stress. I had a membership at another massage studio nearby but chose to cancel my membership because I am beyond impressed. They take walk-in traffic as well as appointments. My favorite part is laying back and having a fabulous foot and leg massage while sipping on some hot green tea that they provide in a beautiful little teapot.
