Absolutely horrific customer service. My 78 year old Mother drove 7 hours to come stay and play at Muckleshoot casino. She and her dog were checked in and subsequently followed by staff to her room. She told them at check in that she had her dog and was completely honest with them. Plus let's not forget they followed her and her dog to her room. Immediately upon getting into said room she received a knock and opened it up to find the staff. They told her she had to leave (??!!). Didn't even give her a chance to use the restroom which anyone would need to use after driving that long. The staff followed her to her car AND ACROSS THE STREET to the gas station where she had gone to ask for directions. All of this was done to my elderly mother of 78 years old under the guise of not allowing dogs. Okay. Cool story... but you knew she had a dog when you checked her in and gave her a room!! Why not tell her at that time?? Why harass and follow/stalk her? Oh or here's an idea how about showing her some compassion or providing her with customer service and helping her find a hotel that does accept dogs? Why publicly humiliate her, harass her, follow her and treat her like garbage?! I have a lot of friends and you can bet I'll be telling every single one of them not to spend a dime at this sorry excuse of a hotel. The good is that it has a lot of slot machines and often has entertainment. The bad is, try as I may, winning in this casino is difficult for me. I try playing with my card in most of the time to get my points but I'm beginning to believe that I need to leave it out. Maybe if they don't know who is playing I will be able to win something. Went to the Muck for an early father's day and boy did this place disappoint. At the door I was accused of having a knife which baffled me. Phone wallet keys.... never carry anything else into a casino and have been going here since they had the tent. But tonight I get the 3rd degree at the door. This opinion is not just mine, but also my lovely wife who is what they call a 'high roller'. For starters the gentlemen named Marshall who is part of the entertainment and giveaway group along with the other fine ladies who work along him are truly exceptional. No other casino and no other casino staff has the kind of natural charisma, aura, vibe and energy that they bring when they do their weekly giveaways. My wife does not care very much for these activities, however I myself look forward to coming to Muckleshoot Casino for the experience more than anything else. Slots, tables, luxurious hotels, 5 star dining, I've seen it, done it and quite frankly Muckleshoot Casino exceeds at it. Most casinos that do giveaways will do them in a very boring routine that feels very robotic and structured. With Muckleshoot Casino every month is a different theme, different kind of giveaways, different amounts of free play, different prize amounts and much more, things never get boring and it truly feels like the staff are extremely passionate about what they do. It is one thing to clock in and clock out to collect a salary or hourly wage, it is another thing to show up to work as Marshall and his colleagues do every week with charisma, energy and passion. I'm sure the profits have been exceptional, but to see the active behavior of reinvesting in your property to provide your guests with an improved experience is something that is rare in the gambling industry. At the sportsbook we were completely ignored. At the "food hall" guy wiped up some sticky sauce with a napkin, left most of it there...The no smoking area of the casino is a tiny cubicle compared to the rest of the space and kind of feels like revenge for when smokers have to stand in this tiny glass cubes outside. Tuesday left room about 1030. We let the house keeper on our hall know we have left, For breakfast, lost money in casino, left the property and came back around 1230. Room not done. Saw the house keeper, again told her we needed room cleaned. She showed me her cleaning card for the day and said we are not on it, called front desk which seemed useless. I attended a concert here last night and arrived at 8pm and tried to use a valet which is free and it was full - disappointing for sure as it's complimentary but understandable. What's interesting is that the valet line to the left was open, but the two lanes to the right said valet were full, so why would the lane have been open? Then, the valet person let us know that valet was full and to park in the garage. So we did the loop back around to the garage, and there were two bumper to bumper lines, and it went pretty quickly. We were able to find a spot on the first floor, which was nice. Then we lined up along the entrance to wait to get into the casino. Once our tickets were scanned in to attend the concert we were shown to our seats. Section 2 Row 2 I was on high alert with all of the people crunched together since just the weekend before there was a fatal stabbing inside of the casino and this was all open with people congregated together prior to getting into the casino. But the wait went without incident and others shared their concern about the stabbing as well as I tuned into different versions of the event and how the casino showed zero respect to the deceased and allowed patrons to continue to play around the crime scene and didn't close down the area. We finally entered into the casino and walked to the theater area, and it was definitely not as flowing or organized as a mainstream venue. The Restrooms by Galaxy had two toilets unflushed with traces of poop in there. The auto tissue was out on 3 stalls. Plus they were almost going to out of toilet paper. I told the attendant pitting cups at the Non smoking section about the toilet paper issue. It's Sat night. The band Harmonious Funk here is 5 . stars. But restrooms and the Soda machine with no Soda per the attendant is a 1 Star. The root beer was working. They really need another Soda machine in the Hotel side of Non smoking section. I'm stuck in this miserable smoky casino for a 3 day conference. Why the conference organizers picked a casino for our conference, I will never understand. The casino is unpleasant. Its a smoky labyrinth that offers few decent amenities for conference attendees who dont want to sit like idiots and throw away money gambling. Its stuck in the middle of nowhere, so going off-site for meals with a large group is not a great option. A group of us had a particularly unpleasant experience tonight at their Asian restaurant called 8. Before we sat down, we let the waiter know that we needed separate checks because we all have employers that provide a per diem for meals. At the end of the meal, a snotty young female manager came over and told us their "policy" was that they could not charge more than two credit cards. This is directly contrary to what the waiter told us, but more to the point, she was rude, condescending and utterly unhelpful. Her attitude and customer service was abysmal. There is no reason she couldn't have run all of our cards because the restaurant was virtually empty on a Monday night. Don't come here unless you want bad customer service and even worse attitudes. read more

Sister and I took the kids here for the weekend as a get away. The rooms are super nice, bed was super comfortable. I love the separate area for the bathroom and the different shower heads. Depending on the rooms you're in, the hot water seems to be limited in the morning. Maybe because people are taking their morning showers before they leave? lol I was able to use the gym while I was here, all the machines and stuff here is awesome. 24 hours access with key card so you're able to work out if you're an early bird. The only thing is that the water cooler was not upkept so it was empty for the whole weekend. The pool was really nice, it opens at 10a to 8p. There's a hot tub, plenty of chairs, tables abs towels available. It was so hot that the security had people come and open the doors to let those fresh air in. Just a suggestion, it would be nice if they sell pool stuff like life vest, floaties for little ones at the concession or gift shop for parents who forgot them at home. :-] I'm deducting one star because of the arcade. When they first opened, the arcade was pretty awesome but the last few times that I've been here, it's horrible. They don't do well maintaining it. The joystick on the pac-man machine is messed up and out of place, not centered. The puck in the hockey game is stuck inside the machine. The most annoying thing is the claw machine. Talk about total rip off. They got those big bears in there that's impossible to get. Don't even waste your money playing this. Whose brilliant idea is this? Big casino but put in big heavy bears to hustle kids out of a good time. They need to put back in those little bears that's achievable for kids to play and win. I heard a parent talking teaching their kid a life lesson that the house always win after they put in $20 worth of coins to win nothing. Lame. The restaurants are pretty decent. It wasn't good, but it wasn't bad. A lot of variety for everyone. My daughter lost her AirPods at the arcade so we went to the lobby and was directed to security to see if they can assist us. Security told us that they are not able to assist because it's the hotel's area. He took us back to the hotel to let them know that it's them. The same guy "helped" us was unhelpful. Not only did he give us the run around, he said that they would need to put in a request for security to check the camera to see and it would take 24 hours. Pathetic. The other hotel staff was trying to be helpful by telling us to check the Find My Devices but it's not helpful because who will we look for if we walk to the missing item? Overall this is an okay casino. God forbid if you lose anything. This makes me lose hope in coming back as I see how they treat patrons when they lose something. Now I see why shady people follow you home when they leave the casino. This casino doesn't give a damn about you or your missing items. read more

Wow. What a nice place. We spent one night at Muckleshoot Resort. The hotel is first rate. Everything is clean. The staff is pleasant. We had a spacious 12th floor room with a great view of Mt Rainier. There is a fancy restaurant and bar on the top floor, a spa opening soon, an arcade with classic video games, a pool and hot tub. It was our first time staying at Muckleshoot Casino Resort. We went for a quick getaway to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary. We had a delicious steak dinner at their steak restaurant Smoke & Cedar. Highly recommend getting their signature Old Fashioned it was fabulous. The food was delicious - the bread was warm and buttery and I would recommend trying the candied Brussel sprouts for a side. The staff was extremely attentive to our anniversary and they made us feel very special. Our room was top -notch with a stunning view of Mt. Rainier. Everything in the room was luxury level. It was much better than many so-called luxury hotels we have stayed in. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had multiple streams of water, the Nespresso coffee machine was awesome to have in the morning and we appreciated the mini fridge to keep our leftovers from Smoke & Cedar in. My sister spent 2 nights in early November. They have the best Pool/Hot Tub and poolside lounge area I've ever been to. The room was immaculately clean and the Nespresso machine was so good that I bought one when I returned home. Great amenities, very comfy beds and bedding. The only issue we had was that when you get off the hotel room elevators you must go thru the metal detector/ security system although you have already done this when entering the Casino to begin with. The front desk couldn't give us a reason why either. The 8 Asian Restaurant has some of the best food and service the Casino has to offer. read more

Treated us and our event guest like shit During the event Muckleshoot did not serve all the food we paid for to our guest ... no security at the door during the event and try to shut us down for outside bottles that they ignored to control at the door ! Over priced Bar in the event compared to the Bar in the Casino... Only provided Water coffee & Tea to our event menu but for Soda to be included it was a 2.50$ per can per guest. We got an invite from Muckleshoot to stay 2 nights (comp) and were able to get in. I hear it's booked for the rest of the month. The room on the 8th floor was amazing, as you get out the elevator you have a direct view of Mt Tahoma (Rainer) if she is showing herself through the clouds. Our room was laid out nicely with 2 sitting areas and a desk. The bathroom was well lit and the spa shower head with 3 water options was amazing. The bed was comfortable and pillows too. I loved the large tv screen although our tv went out several times during the NFL football game and have to reset it. The toilet has its own room which I liked for extra privacy. We didn't go to the rooftop steakhouse but did each 1 breakfast, lunch and dinner at Market 253. The waitresses/waiters and food runners were all so friendly. The food was amazing, loved the fries and fry sauce, the strawberry salad was amazing and the chicken burger (The Yardbird) was really tasty. I do wish for the late night menu there were a couple other options than burgers. Some people that's a large meal for that late at night. Small plates would've been nice. One hotel downfall was I would've like to been able to use the pool and hot tub which wasn't up yet. That was a big bummer. The tv problems in our room every 10 minutes was an inconvenience. Pool area is also way more spacious than average hotel - it's indoors so can be used year round. Casino was bustling- but I can't comment on that part as I don't gamble. Restaurants & shop on site are again better than I expect at a hotel / casino. We recently stayed for a friend's wedding and the hotel is so nice, and the front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My friends who were getting married got upgraded to a suite and I swear it was nicer than any Vegas suite I've stayed in. The one thing that was super frustrating was the temperature. Our room was SO hot and we kept turning the thermostat down, however they have it so the temperature resets throughout the day/night. This place will sell you drinks then call the police on you after you leave and give them your license plate number. They won't even warn you or tell you to leave. They will just wait for you to leave and then call the police on you and give them your license plate number. I don't understand why a place that sells alcohol would do such a thing if you never did anything wrong and wasn't even that intoxicated.
