Theres actually a bunch of kitchenware stores nearby but few are open and this one is the cleanest we went to. They have some safe guards for covid like a plastic curtain to separate the staff from us, but otherwise precautions seem un existent. Things are very organized and the variety of utensils vary greatly, but the variety of each utensil is mediocre. Meaning you can find mostly anything you want but not in every size and color. We found a nice teapot, julienne peeler, cooling rack, and some ladles. Everything was fairly priced but they only had one peeler and it was on the pricier end when we compared to nearby stores. Overall im thankful for them serving kitchenware in the holiday season while we have extravagant food plans

It is also a rather inexpensive store where items are available to buy in bulk or by piece. I was quite tempted to buy a cash register and a deli meat slicer... Cash registers seem so much fun to play with (I've obviously never used one or worked in retail, I'd probably kill myself or someone else if I had) and the deli meat slicer just seemed like a good defensive weapon to have in my house in case someone broke in. Nice place just to browse Chinese decors, knick knacks, clothes, snacks and condiments. I bought some nice pens and a beautiful silk scarf. Prices are reasonable. I happen to chance on their little art exhibit at the back. The Red Envelop show for Lunar New Year. Very interesting. Over all, i like this place, feels like it instantly transports me to China with out leaving NYc.
