April 3, 2026 Ordered replacement wheels for our utility…read morecart and received the right size wheels but the wrong shaft diameter on the bearings they were small. They did send the next size up for each wheel but ahh yea how do they expect for us to change those bearings without a machine press...sigh. Called Mark and then took them over to his machine shop and asked if he could possibly switch then out. He looked at them and said: I can see if it is possible but would be maybe tomorrow before I get to them. He calls me the next day that they were ready!! He is professional, honest and friendly. I highly recommend calling or dropping by and just ask if it is something he can do because he will tackle it and you know he will do his best.
