My aunt, sisters and myself had an excellent and fun time we talked, laughed, reminisced, snacked, sipped, listened to music and painted a flower. Our art instructor was Nancy and she was wonderful, patient, kind and helpful. I would set another day to relax and paint here at L'Expression. Kiddo is an establishment which prides itself in building strong foundational music education. They don't just want to show kids how to use musical instruments. Their mission runs deeper than that. They foster a profound love and appreciation of music at the fundamental level. Because of Kiddo, my children have a proper musical education which informs many parts of their lives. The front desk staff of Kiddo is so kind and professional and Miss Ashley, the owner, has selected an impressive faculty of teachers and artists who are respectful of the children and excellent at communicating with them. My middle child was born with a natural singing ability but her teachers, Miss Rudie and Miss Vicky, have helped her develop and protect her voice, ensuring she can use and enjoy it well into her later years. She has performed in competitions and recently did an open mic event at another music school and it was clear that her excellent training set her apart from the children of that school. Kiddo takes the abilities of every child seriously and gives them an enduring musical foundation. My youngest and eldest take piano lessons with Miss Fanny who is a warm and exceptionally talented teacher who has brought out the best in my kids. They also have a weekend art program which two of my children are enrolled in. It is a class they look forward to every week and never want to miss. I'm grateful Kiddo, a highly professional and substantial music and art school, exists in our community. Money and time well spent.

The girls…read morepainted their projects pretty quickly but the staff working at the time was so kind to give them coloring pages and colored pencils to entertain them while I tried to finish mine up. The staff was super friendly and helpful through the whole process, my girls enjoyed them selves and even gave the young woman working their pictures because they liked her so much. Was told when we walked in that the pieces might not be glazed in time for Mother's Day but in fact they are ready 4 days early. Great experience, and would definitely return and recommend this location!

I needed some stuff in a pinch and came across Urge Palette. There are few other places to compare in the area, and their online photos made the place look resourceful. Took a small drive over and I'm glad I did. Elijah was manning the fort that day. He was not only a pleasant dude, but he obviously has experience with various media, and was helping me sort out a project I'm experimenting with. Not just knowledgeable though; he was very clear with his suggestions. With price gouging being a thing nowadays, I was actually surprised I walked out of there with some high quality art paper and some chemicals for just $20. And I saw they had some nice notebooks priced really well. I'll be prioritizing this place for similar purchases while I continue to attend CSUSB.

I've been to the RAM many times and it's a small art museum in Downtown Riverside. The Cheech…read moreMuseum is one stop light up and a larger museum. If you purchase a ticket to the Cheech, the RAM is included in your ticket price, or if you start at the RAM, the Cheech will be included that day. I came to the RAM this time around, specifically, for the 60 Miles East exhibit. This exhibit ends on 4/12, so make sure to swing by before then if you want to catch it. The exhibit contained many flyers, pictures, art, and even ticket stubs that brought me back to my childhood. It was in a clean and open space that made the experience enjoyable. This exhibit takes up only one room and there are other spaces to check out for additional art exhibits. I did notice less art, this time around, than in previous visits and many open spaces/walls were not taken up. Overall, I'm glad I got to enjoy this exhibit, before it ends, and it really highlights the Inland Empire's music scene as an important piece of diverse culture. Enjoy!

What stood out just as much as the artwork was the building itself, which is beautiful and full of character. I especially loved the courtyard, which provided a peaceful space to slow down and take everything in. The gift shop was also excellent, with a great selection of unique items that felt carefully chosen rather than generic museum souvenirs. Between the art, architecture, and atmosphere, it was a wonderful way to spend an afternoon appreciating creativity in a truly beautiful setting.

We've had such an amazing experience with Arlette as my daughter's Spanish tutor. In just a few…read moremonths, I've seen such a huge improvement... not only in how much she's learning, but in her confidence as well. Arlette is incredibly patient, kind, and understanding, which has made such a difference for my daughter, who is on the autism spectrum. She takes the time to meet her where she's at and creates a supportive, encouraging environment that truly helps her thrive. I'm so grateful we found her. Highly recommend!

I also appreciate the extra time and effort My Learning Studio staff provide to the learners and their families. Questions are always answered promptly and communication is clear and consistent. Lastly, it is very obvious their staff care deeply about safety. Children are closely monitored until a parent/guardian picks them up. We highly recommend this location and Megan!
