I've also dealt with Alyssa previously and she was wonderful to deal with. They're the only spot really to get your skis in Buffalo. Their prices are cheaper than online, which is kind of hard to do. We discussed my skill level, type of riding , etc. . . In order to match me with the right set up. After thoroughly answering all my questions, they had me set up with a brand new board, boots, and bindings in a matter of minutes. Their genuine desire to help me find the right board was very refreshing and a welcomed change from some of the shops that I have walked into where the staff are sometimes rather arrogant.
