What should have been a simple procedure turned into an awful experience. The staff member attempted to draw my blood three separate times and still couldn't do it properly. It was painful, stressful, and honestly unacceptable. I left feeling physically sore and completely frustrated. After nearly a decade of loyalty, being put through something like that without any sign of competence or accountability is beyond disappointing. I've had to see Dr. Martens, Dr. Fiore, and also saw Dr. Kirshenbaum when I was in the ER. I was sent to these doctors at the recommendation of my PCP, who I trust. They have all been kind, thoughtful, and helped me when I was ill. The wait on the phones used to be pretty long, but seems better recently. Looks like a lot of other reviews are about phone issues, so maybe that's not as big of a problem now. I get all my care from Beth Israel doctors in Boston or at Milton and have been happy with my care at both places.
