There were no mats there when she was dropped off. She was cut with clippers and a styptic pencil was used to stop the bleeding on a nipple. She is completely traumatized and would not let me touch her for 16 days because of this tortuous treatment. When I finally was able to see the damage this groomer caused, I asked her for an explanation and a refund. She argued that my cat had mats (she didn't) and justified using clippers without my consent. She said she would give me half on Thursday because she had no money, at the end of a busy day. Also a lie. She is unscrupulous and a very abusive groomer. If you care about your pet, never use this groomer.

Imagine my horror when my husband picked up the dogs, brought them home and I had two completely body clipped dogs! COMPLETELY, down to the ends of their tails! My Border Collie looks ridiculous! We paid nearly $200 between the vet who sedated our BC, at our request, to keep her grooming stress level down, and then the cost of this horrid grooming job. Like I said, don't bother!!

Every time she grooms our dog Taco, he leaves looking absolutely perfect. What we love even more is the way he is treated while with Jessie. She is so patient and kind with the dogs.
