Then the mgr at the store on Sundays CALLS me and tells me I'm not welcome at Wilco ever again! Gal told me they have no spot for walk in as it's filled up.. they told me to come back at 130 appt. I came back at 130- the gal set up the wash station. Water was luke warm, they handed me a 1- small hand towel to dry my 19 lb dog. That only covers the face. The vacuum set up was very hard so didn't use it as my dog was freezing cold.
