Couldn't love this place more. Great food, amazing atmosphere and outstanding service.

This is a great new addition to Cisco! My husband and I shared the steak fingers - They were tender and cooked perfectly. My daughter had the Nachos and they were delicious as well. Nice place but my family and I were sat and ignored. Our waitress didn't come and tell us she was busy, no one took a drink order, nothing for about 10-15 minutes. Food looked good. Live band was playing and that was nice. Would not recommend and will not be going back. read more

Worst food ever! The bang bang shrimp was just popcorn shrimp like you get in a grocery store nothing special. The brisket sandwhich that was a special was old, I have had a lot of brisket,but none that was crispy/crunchy and super dry, maybe been reheated from the day or two before. No way this was fresh. We ordered a cup of soup, and she billed us for a bowl, didn't know untill we saw bill. I gave the waitress cash for the bill because they charge $2 credit card fee, she never came back with change, could't find her wtf. This place looks good inside but this is the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. read more

The place is very well cleaned and decorated nicely. The food was delicious but the service was a bit mean to me and my friends. The first waitresses was a bit sarcastic with me and the other one that brought out the appetizers told my friend to treat her right and use her manners. read more

My family and I went to Muddy Mikes expecting to have a good time. Our drinks took about 20 minutes and our appetizers took at least an hour. There were only three tables there and the place is huge. Our server disappeared randomly and we couldn't even get any refills, due to the late arrivals of our first drinks. We decided not to get any main courses because we had already been there for much longer than intended. There were flies everywhere and just overall not a good experience. read more

My husband and I came for the soft opening service was terrible. Servers barely came by to check on you and the food took over an hour to get to us. When we got the food it was bland and no seasoning at all. The space is beautiful and big. But they don't have enough people. We've given it two or three chances since. We've sat at the bar and barely got service. The bartender helping us was never around. We tried it again tonight because a friend was playing live music. It took our waitress who is the manager on staff 30 minutes to get us our drinks we ordered. Then we ordered an appetizer and it took an hour and half to get to us. One of the other waitresses told us to close our tab and start one with her. We closed our tab and saw the second waitress for another 45 minutes. We sat there for two hours with no service. No offer of any kind of drinks. We were treated like pariahs after telling the manager that we wanted to close because she had too many tables and that the service was slow. Both owners were out helping and never said a word to us or even acknowledged us. Unfortunately we won't be back again. Also the drinks aren't worth the prices they charge. $10 for a mixed drink. read more

Do not! come here if you are looking to be in and out within two hours. After we got seated right in the sun with no shade and had to move our own tables and chairs out of it we waited for at least an hour for our waitress to just give us our drinks and then another 30 minutes to just take our order. Now after sitting down for two hours she takes our order for our food and then we waited for at least an hour and a half (we timed it) we still did not have our food. After three ours of waiting we left without food and ended up getting laughed at by the old lady in the front because we were upset we waited for three hours for nothing. I want to add our waitress did a great job trying to keep up but the managers seem to not know how to run an efficient restaurant . While multiple tables around us getting there before us and after us they were all we're pissed because they had to wait too. The owners obviously don't know how to manage efficiently because the were taking new people left and right when there were obviously not enough workers to keep up. Note: this is my first review so you can imagine how pissed we were with this place. We even looked at the reviews for walking in but we sure do wish we listened to them now cause wow that was a huge waste of 3hours. Not worth it at all!All those kinks they need to workout that you're reading about. yeah they aren't worked out and the old lady at the front needs some more training on being a decent human being and being a hostess. read more
