She asked me to email the updated shot records, which I did within 24 hours. Yet, when my roommate took Noodles in she was turned away for not having those records on file. I did not get a response to my follow up email. I had to call and have Helena look for the email on the specific day I sent it which she basically did. Now they won't even trim her face (the whole point of us getting her haircut). I get she's squirmy and afraid of everything but this is why we pay a hefty price for a haircut. She clearly didn't get a bath and makes you wonder if they've ever given her one in our previous visits. It's time for a new place, sadly

Then he wouldn't let me out of the store after picking my dogs up. I refused to pay for a half groomed messed up dog. Yelled and screamed had to call cops to get out. Finally I got out and they chased me to my car. WAS EXTREMELY SCARED! NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY IN MY LIFE. Be careful! And my poor fur baby looks horrible!! My issue isn't necessarily the haircut but it's how my dog was treated. As I was paying, the woman at the front desk explained to me that my dog was "crying the entire time" and said that she MUZZLED her. My dog is a 5 month old puppy, this is only her second time here, in a new and loud place, of course she's going to cry that's what puppies do. I've asked if my dog was biting or they were concerned she was going to bite and they said no. There is absolutely no reason my dog should be muzzled for whining especially given that she was not aggressive in any way. Next she says "she thinks that if she cries she's going to get her way" almost accusing me of poor training, I explained in an example that I only let her out of her kennel if she is quiet, I don't encourage the crying and the woman shrugged me off. She does not just "get her way" when she cries. lastly they recommended to have her sedated next time she comes in, I understand relieving stress but I do not think that is necessary to do, she's not biting, she's not barking, she's not growling. Their issue with my dog was that she was crying. It's a very loud place, and when I walked in multiple dogs were crying, that is what dogs, especially PUPPIES do, and a facility that primarily works with dogs should not have a problem getting the job done because of that. MUZZLING her obviously wouldn't help her stress. not very satisfied with our visit to say the least regarding the treatment towards my dog, I left very unhappy after what I was told. I should be able to trust professionals who expertise in dog care to CARE for my dog but that simply was not the case. I will be going elsewhere, very disappointing and unprofessional. We weren't bringing him in for a dog event, and seen that they are pro-groomers (which I agree with!) We weren't a huge fan of the grooming, just because we specifically wanted his legs to be stubby and to not cut down too much. We do wish they didn't shave the feet so far up. Usually it's not too high up and the fur from the legs cover it up a little. For us, we make sure to well groom our dog to avoid any shaving and make it easier for the groomer and make sure to grown his fur on his legs and face out especially due to how we like it groomed. The ears weren't what we described as well, but we cut it more ourselves. There were some spots with shorter hair then the rest and some long hairs sticking out which I fixed at home. It wasn't a fit for us, but appreciate the job that was done because Jax does look clean. I do groom at home so I'll fix up his ears. We did say we're open to "creativeness" so that's fair, but we meant it in a different way hahahah! We give our groomers grace because we know how hard it is, but I also love to be honest about it :) He also came home with a bow which is so cute! Price: $103! And the most expensive we did spend for a grooming for him. We still tipped because she did great, just not the style we wanted. Parking was great and easy to get to, and they have many services. I do want to go back to this place maybe one day but we'll have to see :)

I found K9 Grooming through Yelp and I'm so glad I did. We drive 30 minutes to get here and I won't lie, the salon is pricey. It usually costs me around $300 with trip for a standard Aussie and mini Aussie regular groom. But it is absolutely worth it. My dogs are my babies. We have a 6-year-old Aussie we've had since he was a puppy, and we recently added our rescue mini Aussie who is now 8. Our rescue has extreme anxiety from her past trauma, including living in a hoarding situation. The team here treats both of our dogs like family. I've never once worried about the way they're cared for. The salon is spotless. Anytime I walk into a grooming place that smells like urine or feces or is chaotic with constant barking, it's an instant red flag for me. K9 Grooming is completely different. It's clean, calm, and you can even watch your dogs being groomed so there's no mystery about how they're treated. Recently our neighbor warned us about fleas in the area, so I called K9 as a concerned pet mom. They were so helpful. They told me they'd start with a regular bath and, if they found any fleas, they'd do the treatment and call us so we could prep the house. Sure enough, they found a few a went forward with the flea bath. They provided me with helpful information and next steps. I sincerely appreciate the level of care, transparency, and customer service the staff provide. I could never take my dogs anywhere else after coming here.

From the front desk, all the way back to the groomers they're always so professional, and Mila is always so extremely eager and happy to go there; that says so much.
