He did not have any Matting on his ears either and I brushed him DAILY. Your employees didn't even attempt to brush his out. He was gorgeous AND WELL TAKEN CARE OF. Your establishment should be ashamed of yourselves for not owning up to the obvious trauma you caused my dog. Everything I've said was backed up by my VET as well. In the attached photo is shows zero messages before the time shown as well as threatening to call animal control. Horrible horrible service! Also below, it seems the "owner" responded with more lies... the chop job looks nothing like the photo reference presented, (see attached). Zero blending, didn't do the ears, just overall terrible.
