As soon as I saw them come out from the back I scheduled a second appointment. The location is tricky since it is easy to miss. We've been taking our three dogs to Maximillion Groomers for about 2 years and we are so happy with them. Their business moved from a home location to a building and has grown a lot. They now have at least 4 groomers. My dogs have been groomed by 2 of the groomers and we've been very pleased. We are willing to try all the groomers as we trust the owners decision to hire them. The entire team is very friendly and truly loves animals. Their turn around time is very quick. My dogs are normally groomed and home within 1-1.5 hours. They aren't placed in cages for long periods of time before their turn. I really feel good about that. Overall happy with this place for my 2 dogs. It's a thousand times better than the chain pet store down the road. I know I could do a better job keeping up with their brushing in between visits, but the groomers at Maximillion always take their time to brush them to get any mats out and aren't lazy. The pet store grooming salon wanted to shave my pups every time because their groomers are LAZY and not skilled. Their hours are limited, that's the only bad thing I can say about Maximillion. It would be helpful if they had evening hours at least a couple nights a week for those who work during the day. read more

Usually have no problems love service with the groomers! They do a clean job! The front desk lady Becky has poor communication skills. I called & told her I was in traffic & would be late! She says fine see you soon. I arrive 30 min late she says my dog can't be groomed because she's late. I asked if I could pay a late fee she said no. Pet Owner beware. We have a golden doodle, whom we have taken to this groomer twice. A total grooming for us cost $85.00. The last two appointments after completion, upon inspection when we got home was the length of the cut from head to paw. We ended up going to a different groomer and found out her ears were totally matted to the skin. Very disappointed in the service provided. We have given to this groomer $170.00 for a bath. An amazing job done on my two wheaten terriers, my wife wishes she could do the same! I do have to apologize for not having awareness of the true cost of quality dog grooming. I took my family's two wheaten terriers on May-17 for a full grooming. When I booked the appointment by phone I was quoted $50-$55 per dog but it was dependent upon actual size. When I picked up our dogs, our price was $10 extra per dog (not including teeth cleaning). I felt scammed and didn't tip and that was my mistake. When I got home my wife informed me that the groomers did a much better job than petsmart or her ever could have. So if Samantha and Lucy read this I promise to make up for the lack of tipping next time. Overall if you want the best quality grooming for your dog, look no further. read more

I'm so glad I found Maximillion Groomers! I'm fairly new to Canton, and went to another groomer when I first arrived to town, at the suggestion of an acquaintance-not only were they expensive, and crabby all of the time, but their work was sort of sloppy, and I dreaded taking my dog there. Maximillion is just the opposite. They are reasonably priced, friendly, and really seem to care about the animals they are grooming. I called in the morning on a Saturday and they were able to work me in that evening. Deb is the person who gave my Dachshund a bath, and was so very sweet, she actually listened when I told her some of the quirks Roxy had when getting groomed (like squealing like a pig when they do her nails) - Deb did a great job, and Roxy wasn't traumatized afterwards. We will be back for sure. One note: They do take cash only - I just ran and got cash while my dog was at her appointment. read more
