The trusses had truss plates at many of the joints that connected the various braces. Some 2x4's making up the top and bottom cords were split, you could see through them. I had a number of email and phone conversions with sales rep how offered no help. Eventually he stopped returning may calls. For your own safety, I recommend you avoid using their trusses, at least those manufactured in Colorado Springs shop.

He recommended crushed granite as a better (and less expensive) solution and took the time to explain why it would be a better option. In addition, Chris Hubbard with Hubbard Trucking was communicative and helped me place the load in an area where it would be less work for me to spread it. Make sure when you go to get pieces and parts especially if you're putting together PVC and CPVC waterlines just buy two when you need one. Don't ask why just trust me you'll be glad you did. Also if you're doing CPVC make sure you get glue that is for CPVC. You can buy glue just for CPVC or buy the glue that's for PVC and CPVC which is what I recommend that way you don't have to worry about having one or the other just use the one glue for both.
