They wanted to ensure we got our money back through the bank (which we did) and have also offered to complete the job if we want to do that. While I wish we had gotten this done back when we initially went through the process, I'm impressed they followed up after all this time to make sure we are made whole.

AGAIN...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT 6 MONTHS AND/OR NEVER RECEIVE YOUR DOOR.

Joe had a team of 4 people (!!) with ropes and ladders to carefully elevate the branch and cut it so nothing was damaged. Incredible work, excellent communication, and fantastic prices.
