Kent Sussex Auto Care was the best auto repair garage I have ever been to. My car broke down at…read morethe Wawa on a drive between Virginia and Connecticut. They were able to get me in RIGHT AWAY and they offered to tow my car over from the Wawa which saved me time and money. Their Ford Certified mechanic was there and he diagnosed a bad fuel pump as soon as he tried to start the car. I was told it would be a few hours and given some restaurant suggestions while I waited. Swati Shah was very nice, helpful, and friendly! They also fixed a radiator leak that I didn't know I had. This garage is amazing! I highly recommend!

After calling Geico roadside assistance, a Carrillo's Auto employee came out to switch out the flat. Minutes later we discovered our spare tire was flat as well! Luckily it wasn't punctured, and he took the spare tire a mile away to Wawa to fill it up with air so we could safely drive somewhere to get a new tire. The tech went above and beyond to make sure we safely got out of DE!
