These people are the worst. I got them to help me get my car out of a ditch in the middle of the…read morenight. Had to pay cash out of pocket. Told him I need a receipt so I can get reimbursed. He assured me I will get receipt in the morning. Well it's been a month, they have been dodging my phone call. When I made my first review on Google. They finally got back to me to complain that my review will hurt their pocket. What about my pocket? All I wanted was a receipt. And they still refused to give me one. Instead I was given an invoice for something I already paid for. I'm not paying a second time.

I am reading some of these other reviews and I must have been lucky. (Other than my car breaking…read moredown) Used my roadside assistance through State Farm, driver was there a lot faster than expected. He was a wonderful young man, professional and kind. I have only needed to call a tow service twice in my life, (both with my 2019 Tahoe... just saying..) I hope I don't have to again, but if I do I hope I have the same experience as I did today. I guarantee my state farm insurance local representative and its main office will find out after I discuss with them both tomorrow.
