Our service provider was Wilson's 24 Hour Towing out of Crawfordsville, IN. They were very helpful, friendly and courteous. The Dispatcher was more helpful than the AAA representative (and she did a good job), but this guy was top notch. Our driver, Craig, was very helpful and friendly. It was good to be in the company of a fellow Marine Corps Veteran, and he knew how to get our minds off of our car drama and just connect with my wife and I like human beings. I'm a High School Principal and my wife is a Human Resources Executive and I'm telling you that this guy has great interpersonal skills. He could literally run for political office. We made it home safely, thanks to Craig and Wilson's 24 Hour Towing. I'm also a Wabash College Alum, and it good to throw some business to a Crawfordsville establishment. I went back in my call logs since you said you could not find it. We were trying to get to work on night shift it was our Saturday but our call to wilsons was around 9 pm. It was absolutely a man and very disrespectful man at that. From the way we were treated for being Hispanic I would venture to say your man representing your company is a racist. We speak English and he understood he just refused to help us 2 times. I wish I had a recorder and I would prove it to you folks. We called 2 times that night begging for help all we got was rude, racist and disrespectful. This thing honestly was surprising considering have heard good things about Wilsons.
