The food was great. Battered fries are always amazing and they do them right. The buns they use for their burgers and sandwiches are so soft and have a nice sweetness to them. The service was good but considering that there were only about 4 tables seated, it took about 45 minutes to get our food. Only my husband's food came out piping hot and mine was room temp. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. I'd come back and would recommend this place if you're in the mood for a burger and fries. read more

I hang here when I am waiting for my Amtrak train. I always have a great hamburger. I love their onion rings but my new favorite is the sweet potato waffle fries. For our last evening in Biloxi, we decided to dine in and placed an order that included wings, tater tots, grilled cheese, mac and cheese, and some chicken and another appetizer. Unfortunately, it was an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. The wings -- which are usually one of my all-time favorite foods -- were practically inedible. Rubbery, undercooked, and completely lacking in flavor or texture. I couldn't even finish one, which says a lot. The tater tots tasted like they had been sitting in the freezer for months -- old, freezer-burned, and unpleasant. We spent around $70 on this meal, only to end up throwing most of it away and paying again to eat somewhere else because we simply couldn't stomach the food we received. We went in on a Wednesday for lunch at 1pm. I brought my sister who works close by. We went in and sat down and the place was quiet and empty. Eventually the waitress came out and took our order. We sat until 1:45 waiting on our order. The waitress never came out! My sister got up to find her and she came out with the food. My mother and I had to get it to go and take my sister back to work. Thats an hour of wasted time and money! They have alot of work to do but not on my expense. read more

Small line at the door, overlooked it as it was a Saturday night and on most occasions a good sign. When it was finally our turn to be seated you could tell the hostess was a little overwhelmed and the servers were hovering over them to make sure they were seating "in order". Once seated we were greeted the server with a friendly smile and took our drink order, water and a margarita no salt. For meals we ordered a wing platter and a southern burger. The margarita took quite a while to be dropped to the table. The server even table tapped 3 times before it was finally delivered. When the drink came out it had salt, not a big issue but when we went to wipe it off there was no napkins or silverware available to do so. The service was definitely lacking communication, two times our table received orders that were not ours but our actual food took well over 30 minutes! Wing platter appetizer was average, order the wings with the tenders (which were very small) and fried pickles that came out fresh. The southern burger was a 6/10. Could have used more of the pimiento cheese. As far as space, I hear it was much larger than their original location. In this instance however larger is not always better. This is the perfect sports bar for all of your game watching needs. There are literally 100 TVs, so whatever you're trying to watch it will be on some TV somewhere! There's also tons of beer on tap for reasonable prices, so game day drinking is no problem. The menu is large and could accommodate all sorts of eating preferences. We ordered a chicken cheesesteak and a patty melt. The cheesesteak was really delicious even though it was different from any cheesesteak I've had before. The sandwich came on a bun instead of a long sun roll and honestly I was for it! The bread was so soft and I really enjoyed the sandwich. The fries were really good as well. My husband enjoyed his patty melt as well. We sat at the bar which is hugeeeee. There's at least 30 bar stools if not more. The bartender was super nice and very patient. Visited this restaurant in the middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic. - Signage on the door about required mask wearing... Yay!!! - Hand sanitizer placed strategically around the restaurant... Yay!!! - Outdoor seating... Yay!!! - Social distancing in effect... Yay!!! - I'm happy the restaurant cares about its staff and customers... Yay!!! Found the restaurant not to be packed with diners, this was a plus. We were promptly seated on the outdoor patio... Happy Happy Joy Joy!!!! We received menus & water. We placed an order for 2 adult beverages & were advised by the server of his return to take our order. Drinks came out about 20 minutes after we received menus & were seated. This was not very timely, in my opinion. Apparently, as told by the server, there was a problem with some young folks that ordered food and drinks, then made off with a bottle 1/2 full of liquor and failed to pay for the food. One of the employees knew the thieves & was reporting the incident to management; hence the reason for delay NUMBER ONE. Having finished our 1st set of drinks, our server returned to our area, apologized for the delay and took our order; we ordered 2 more adult beverages and placed an order for wings and fries & a salmon sandwich with fries. After 30 minutes had passed, I flagged the server, he came to our area, apologized for the wait and said he'd check on the order... Another 15 minutes later, the server came back and stated the kitchen was backed up; delay NUMBER TWO. Another 10 minutes, he presented with our food and many apologies. I looked around and we weren't the only ones impacted by the theft & the backed up kitchen issue; I saw other tables that were there before us receiving food about the same time as we did. The server apologized again, explained away the troubles & AT MY SUGGESTION, comped 2 of our drinks. I would've hoped the server were more attentive. As I stated, the restaurant wasn't full, the alcohol thieves & dine-n-dashers weren't our servers customers, not sure why he was distracted. But we left a hefty tip, despite the unfortunate kitchen delay & debacle surrounding the theft of the alcohol. The food was good. The service was obviously not industry standard. Clean restaurant. Little bit of a delay for the waiter but he said it was just miscommunication between him and the greeter, was excellent service afterwards. Nephew had cheese sticks and blackened mahi, said they were both very good. I had the mild Buffalo wings and the Texan burger and were both no less than amazing. I mean, if I can give this place 7 stars I would. $65 for 2 meals, appetizers, and beers. Highly recommend! I first went to mugshots when I was in tech school over 10 years ago and remember it being an amazing burger. I came back in 2019 at the new location and it had gone down hill but was still a decent burger. I recently went back two days ago and had a bacon cheeseburger and wings. Man has this place gone downhill. Burger was dry and the portion of French fries was laughable. Wings were soggy at best. I got the sweet chili and some other Asian flavor. Not impressed anymore.
