Give this place a pass too many other local places that serve better food and drinks. Mahi tacos were mediocre at best but the mix drinks were the worst. A simple margarita was trash. When I arrived, I was given choice of inside our outside seating. I requested outside if there were any tables with shade. There were plenty but the only ones available were all together in direct sunlight. I asked to go inside and again the only available table was in direct sunlight by the window. There were more servers than there were tables with customers but we all had to sit bunched up together. I do understand sections and had served many years. This was just somewhat annoying. Even though all the signs through the casino and on the restaurant property had pictures of raw oysters and fresh fish/seafood, those things were not available at the restaurant. Mostly fried stuff, which is fine. I stared with the jalapeños white queso, that comes with chips and pico. I received yellow queso out of a can and no pico. The menu was so poorly worded, that I had to ask several questions for clarification, most of which the server didn't know how to answer. In a nutshell, the food was very poor. The service was friendly, but otherwise not that great. I'll stop with that. Ok went there today 6/6/26 The staff was there our server was nice but,seem to forget things,like the menus. She literally left them on our table for our whole meal. We had side bets to see when she was going to pick them up. The food seems a little too pricey for what you get. The tables are cramped too small for four people. I get you are trying to get as many paying people in but,really? I had the bbq shrimp poor boy. It was fine nothing I haven't had before. My friend got the catfish. Not bad one piece seems a little skimpy for the price. The tuna dip was really good. Overall I went pretty much will not be going back when family and friends come out. Just stopped in for drinks and a lite app. Cool patio with views of the water. It's a pier over land! Grabbed a cold one and ordered some oysters. Going to hard to top the half shell. They didn't. It was pretty hot and not all the chairs at our table were the same, they were different heights which made for awkward seating for us all. We ordered a dozen grilled oysters and a po, boy with fries. The grilled oysters were well seasoned and probably the best oysters I had in Mississippi! Worth getting if you enjoy oysters. I have not written a review in a while and I hate a bad experience made me write this rather than a great one. I'm giving it a 2 because the boiled royal reds were good and the piece of corn in the boil was yummy. Otherwise it would be a zero star experience if that's even possible. We ordered take out. It was 930 when they close at 10 and I want to give the benefit of the doubt but I would rather be told I can't get something than send me out like this. We ordered chargrilled oysters and they were completely raw with garlic butter on top. Neither one of us like raw oysters so it was a huge waste and we both feel sick from the one we each tried to choke down. Best way to describe it, EWW. This place has gone downhill over the past couple of years should've known when we arrived on a Friday night and the place was dead. Water tasted like they got it out of the toilet bowl. Buffalo chicken flatbread was over cooked on the top and bottom and the cheese and dough was undercooked in the middle. The wings were burnt so you couldn't taste the flavor of the wings. There was like 15 servers walking all around passing us up when we first arrived for the first 15min we should've left then. The couple beside us (only other people in the restaurant actually eating) had their fish come out burnt Twice! Had a bad experience here. Came in with my wife at 5:30 on Saturday night and we sat at the bar. The bartender was busy tending to the frozen drink machine. We waited patiently for her to finish. When she did, she brought us menus and said she would be right with us. I then put my arms on the bar and felt that sticky feeling you feel after something sweet has been spilled and not wiped up. We then watched the bartender tend to her garbage can and then go have a lengthy conversation with a few co-workers. In the meantime, we sat stuck to the bar. We were two of only three people sitting at the bar as we watched her have her conversation with staff. She then disappeared to somewhere. A total of 15 minutes went by from when we entered, which is when we no longer felt good about the place and left. Took a day trip out to Biloxi with the family and stopped by the Blind Tiger for dinner. This is one of the few locations around the coast and it gives beachy shack vibes, with views of the pier and some of the surrounding lit-up hotels. They have indoor and outdoor dining (with a bar), and some television. Since we came near end of day, our waitress was tired and burnt out after an almost 12-hr work day. so service was a little slower, but I don't blame her. She did her best to keep going. **APPETIZERS** BOUDIN BALLS - 3 deep fried balls with tartar sauce on the side. I'm not normally a fan of these, but this one was good. It wasn't too much rice inside and you could taste the seasoning. Protein inside was subtle and minimal though. CANTINA WINGS - This one was yummy and tasty! Came with a side of ranch, but the wet sauce over the wings had so much flavor. It had some seasoning, a little crisp, and tasted sweet. My family however said there was a bit of a spice to it (can't handle) even though I didn't taste any. I wonder if they could've tasted paprika or creole seasoning? CRABCAKE NAPOLEON - This wasn't technically an appetizer, but it was served at the same time. A family favorite for us. The crab cake was delicious with a light panko fried layer and shrimp. Soft inside with bits of shrimp and roasted corn remoulade. Topped with green onions, corn, white onions, and sauce on the outside. Enjoyable by itself or if you ordered chips & salsa like us, you can use the chips to dip it - almost like a crab dip! Just not as gooey, CHIPS & SALSA - Nothing special, and would probably skip out on it. The salsa was mediocre - almost like something out of a jar, but the chips were useful for our crab cake. **FOOD** DAVEY JONES LOCKER - We ordered 2 orders and it was way more than enough. We had lots of leftovers. I would say 1 order can feed about 3 people. It includes 2 snow crab clusters, 2 Dungeness clusters, 2 pounds of royal reds shrimp, corn, potatoes, and sausage. It was salty, but so good and definitely satisficed my seafood fix. Came with sides of cocktail sauce and melted butter. Some of the shrimp and potatoes were overcooked. The shrimps aren't deveined, but that didn't bother me (might bother others). The crabs had lots of meat and the shrimps were so fat (at least compared to those in Cali!). I've never heard of Royal Reds, but my cousin says when they're actually in season, they taste like lobster (?!?!). During our visit this time around, he says it wasn't as fat, but it's the fattest I ever seen! Definitely recommend it! This is a great place! They have many great locations on the coast. Please refer to the website for details on locations. We just happen to try the one in Biloxi across from Harrah's casino. Don't be discouraged if the parking lot is full when you go. They have parking spaces across the street and just walk over via the crosswalk or they have the overpass walkway from the casino. Just walk past the pool area on the 3 floor. They have to many great opportunities to dine outside; if the weather permits. If that is not what you wish. They offer great seating inside too. They offer a bar inside and outside as well for you. A fun filled drinking experience (drink responsibly). Cory was our server. Messed with him since he looked like J.J. Watts. He provided us with wonderful service! On top of that, he was also providing great service to us and the bar all at once. That says a lot! He offered many ideas for us to eat since it was our first time eating here. We started out with some charbroiled oysters and loaded cheese fries as appetizers. Rounded it out with some 2 pounds of royal reds (shrimp). He recommend them since they are bigger than the regular shrimp and taste better. Also since we are going to share it. Majority of seats have bottom cushions but no back padding. Few have no padding on them. Do not get too comfortable. Yet good enough for your dinning experience.
