I starting seeing Dr. Kreutz last fall after my previous chiropractor changed their hours and I couldn't go when they were available. I should have gone to Dr. Kreutz first! After developing sciatica last summer I didn't start getting significant relief until I started seeing him! He listens, advises, asks the correct questions to find out what he needs to know and will advise exercises at the level that YOU feel appropriate. I appreciated his discouraging me from getting back into the gym when he felt I wasn't ready. He advised plenty of walking. When I felt I was ready to start massage therapy along with the adjustments which meant I would have to cut back to once a week with him to fit my budget, he was so kind and understanding. Dr. Kreutz treats the WHOLE person and is willing to use a variety of chiropractic treatments and methods to fit your comfort and pain level. Admittedly, I tend to set my bar high when it comes to choosing a chiropractor - it feels as if I had been dealing with chronic back pain for too many years to count. I sought out help from over a dozen chiropractors and a very small number of them only maintained the pain, if not made it worse. I had a severe TMJ condition. It started out with small jaw popping and then it started to become difficult to chew harder foods. Eventually my jaw pain became so severe that I could barely chew normal foods. I literally had to start talking through my teeth because it was too painful to open my mouth enough to speak normally. My husband suggested I go to the Mukilteo Chiropractic and have Dr. Kreutz take a look at me before I decide to see a craniologist or take drastic measures. I was actually a client of Dr Mike but one day Dr Mike wasnt n the office but Dr Steve was there. He treated me as if he'd known me for 10yrs. I felt very confident of his skills. More than 10 years ago I suffered whiplash as the result of a car accident & sought chiropractic care elsewhere. Dr. Steve truly cares about his patients. He's been treating me for about 8 years. I no longer have chronic pain in my shoulder blade area, nor in my rotator cuff. I see him for what he calls "tune-ups". After he adjusts me, he tells me which kind of stretches to do to alleviate pain in the areas that bother me. He wants healing to happen, so he will explain why there's pain and how the stretches will alleviate that pain. Dr. Kreutz has helped me with my neck pain. He always knows exactly what adjustment I need. I've had pain in my neck from past car accidents. He only does what I need and doesn't try to talk me into extra adjustments or fancy treatments. He takes his time to listen when I describe my pain and how I am feeling. Wonderful customer service,the whole staff makes you feel very welcome. A lot of businesses have good customer service but I have to say that Steve krutz is the best. I've been seen and treated by four separate chiropractors since my injury.
