Mula's seasonal menu did not disappoint! I had a watermelon margarita that was absolutely delicious! This will make me think about deviating off the happy hour menu more often

We had fun with with our out of town guests. The place was packed at dinner time midweek. We loved the chips and dip. The pineapple habanero and the guac are two things I can eat all day long. The Reservation recommended. Parking around back in the Alley Parking area, in the Park Omaha area (about $1/hr). Parking pro tip - park and pay in the Park Omaha lot, not the private business lot because the private parking spaces may tow.

Came here on a very busy Saturday night and were still able to get seated without a reservation (though I highly recommend making one ahead of time). This was probably our third visit, and we absolutely love this place. Easily one of our favorite restaurants in Omaha. They had their holiday pop-up theme, Christmas in Cancun, and I loved how the entire place was decorated. It was so festive and fun. Our server was also very kind and attentive, even with how busy it was. I started the night with a drink from their holiday menu, the Passion in Paradise strong but delicious. My husband and I shared the chips & queso, and we always add chorizo because it takes it to the next level. I ordered the Bean and Cheese Rolled Tacos, and they were THE BEST. It was my first time trying them, and I'll definitely be ordering them again. The crema on top was my favorite part, and they were perfectly crispy. My husband ordered the Carne Asada Tacos and also tried the Tequila Lime Chicken Taco, both of which he thought were amazing. Fair warning: everything has a little kick of spice. Can't wait to come back again!

Mula Mexican Kitchen & Tequileria in the Blackstone District is hands-down one of my go-to spots in Omaha--I've lost count of how many times I've been here! It's the perfect mix of cute and casual, with a vibrant vibe that's great for a quick bite or a longer hangout with friends. I love their happy hour deals, especially Margarita Monday (all-day food and drink specials--yes please!) and Taco Tuesday, which are my absolute favorite days to swing by. Do I pretty much order the same thing every time? Guilty as charged--my usuals are spot-on, and the staff is always super accommodating when I need to modify things for dietary reasons. Never any hassle, just friendly service. Recently, I branched out and tried their "Christmas in Cancun" seasonal menu (running through the holidays). The festive margarita was decent, but honestly, it didn't quite hit the mark for me--next time, I'm sticking with my tried-and-true guava margarita, which is always perfection. If you're in Blackstone, do yourself a favor and stop in. Great food, killer drinks, and that welcoming atmosphere keep me coming back

A must stop destination in the Blackstone district. I always appreciate the level of intention in the space, from the decor to the table dressings. The staff is always cheerful and willing to help recommend items and educate you on their broad tequila selection. The food, chef's kiss.

If I'm in Blackstone, you better believe I'll be going to Mula. This is one of my favorite spots in Omaha. I don't always go back to the same spots repeatedly because I like to try new restaurants, but Mula is one I continuously go back to because it's that good to me. Their drinks are tasty and strong, I love their chip/dip options, and their tacos are always awesome.

I've been in once before during the summer, and absolutely love the open window vibe of this place. This time I came in the winter on a weeknight, and they were still absolutely packed, and turning away anyone who didn't have a reservation! Me and my friends had a great meal here, starting with the dip flight, which featured three very authentic dips. This also was our favorite, guacamole was good, but could've used more seasoning in my opinion, and the case was great as well, but we would have preferred it without the hot sauce/Sour cream toppings on top. I'm not a huge Mexican food person in general, so the style of these thick/fried chips was not my favorite, but I still enjoyed the appetizers. For my meal, my favorite part was the esquitas corn! Three of the four of us got this, and it was a favor for the table. I wasn't too hungry after the dips, so just got a side of shrimp, which had an amazing fried flavor to it, and a Carne Asada taco, which I dipped in my friends birria sauce, which added so much to the flavor. Overall, this was a great meal, and you clearly doing great business to be packed at all times like this!!

I decided to come back to Mula for my birthday and was yet again not disappointed. The restaurant was packed for a Thursday night, so definitely recommend a reservation for a guaranteed table. The server was attentive and very friendly despite the circumstances. Due to the amount t of people, it was pretty loud especially being close to the front/bar, but we still were able to talk and enjoy ourselves. We decided to try a dip flight which was just ok for me. The bandera salsa was incredible and my favorite of all of the dips. The chips were a thicker corn chip which was good, but I'm definitely more of a thinner corn chip gal. The guac was good, and then the queso was just ok for me. I felt as though the toppings overpowered the queso in itself. I think next time I will just get the salsa to share. The strawberry mint limonada was not overly sweet and super refreshing when paired alongside the rest of the meal. Definitely going to be my go to drink in the future. The tacos were delicious as always and super flavorful! I'd have to say my favorite I think was the barbacoa. It was just so rich with flavor, but honestly any of these tacos you couldn't go wrong with. The stand out of the meal was actually the esquites. I could have had two more bowls of it, it was just that good. Overall, still one of my favorite places to eat at in blackstone. I definitely recommend it for any occasion!

Decided to eat here last minute after work on a Monday and it was the best decision I've made in Omaha so far. All day happy hour on Mondays?? Say less! We got the chicken taquitos, queso dip, and mulitas. Also got the guava margarita and it was straight perfection. Vibes were high! I'll be back!!

Still such a great time at Mula. The food is always phenomenal and the drinks are always flavorful. You can't go wrong with any item on the menu. I'm a sucker for their nachos. The margaritas and strong and sweet, but not too sweet! Great location in Blackstone. Don't forget to make a reservation! Parking can be tricky some time too.

Trendy little Tequileria!!! Flavorful homemade chips and questions. Yum!! Delicious CHICKEN Mulitas. Half price margaritas & food during Happy hour (all day Mondays +) Fast and friendly waitstaff and bartenders. Strawberry Mula Margarita was very refreshing. Especially after the spicy burn of the mulita. Love the nouveau industrial decor. Using old doors as backs to the bench seating. Look forward to a return trip to Mula's!!

Pretty restaurant with a really good Happy Hour menu. We each had the cucumber jalapeño margarita which was delicious. Split a dip flight of queso, guacamole and pico with 2 big bowls of flour chips. Could not finish it between the 3 of us! They also have a nice patio in the back!

We've gone with friends and on our own and there's always been a table ready pretty quickly and servers ready to get our orders. We recently went to dinner here and we were both hungry and eager for some Ramen. I ordered the Blackstone Tonk with an egg and my boyfriend ordered the Spicy Miso with extra noodles. The broth for mine was rich, flavorful, and warm. The pork was perfectly tender and the egg added texture and more flavor for me. My boyfriend is always happy with a little spicy heat in his meals and he was pleased with his choice. He may have added a little more spice but that's just because he's evolved his tastebuds to handle it. Anytime we decide to come to this Ika I know that the food and service will be consistent. The servers are always on point in checking on you, our waters were refilled a few times, and they never seem like they are rushing us out the door. On a different note, I also appreciate the decor and atmosphere in this location. The old brick walls and open space feels as though, and there probably is, a lot of history within the walls. Tucked away down an alley, this location is easy to miss but absolutely worth a try!

We were decently early on a Saturday night so we were able to slip right into a table! The food was good, I had the hummus plate with pita and cucumbers for dipping, love that they offer both options! The bartender whipped up a mocktail in a martini glass so I could still play along on our "Martini Flight Night" across Omaha! It was a spicy martini, with some fancy black salt, I'm not quite sure, but it was fantastic!

Walked in around 2:30 pm on a total snow day and basically had the place to myself, which was kind of perfect. The vibe inside is exactly what I want in a bar: dark, moody, a little sexy, with dim lighting and rich wood tones. Total escape from the bland strip-mall parking lot outside. Night-and-day difference the second you step through the door. Happy hour runs every day until 6 pm (huge win), so I grabbed the Toasted & Roasted martini for $9--yes, it comes with a toasted marshmallow garnish that actually works--and it was dangerously good. Sweet, smoky, strong... one of those drinks you sip slowly because you don't want it to end. Paired it with the buffalo chicken sliders + fries and demolished everything. Sliders were spicy without being overkill, sauce was on point, and the fries were perfectly crispy. Service was friendly and quick even though it was quiet, and the bartender checked in just the right amount. Prices felt fair (especially with happy hour), and the whole experience just felt... cool. Like the kind of neighborhood spot you brag about finding. Already texted my local friends that they've been sleeping on this place. West End Omaha, I'll be back--hopefully next time with a bigger group so we can try more of the menu. Highly recommend!
