We opted not to eat hotel breakfast and Yelp led us to this cute cafe! The food is delish, the portions are HUGE, and the decor is warm and inviting! FYI- You order at the counter and then seat yourself. (We stood at the front like goobers until we figured it out. lol) We invited several other families and they all were very impressed with this cafe! They can also accommodate large groups. We had no problem walking in as a group of 10 and finding an open table. We will be coming back!! read more

I love Mulberry. It's our go to for a business meeting or to meet up with friends. They have a really nice menu with lots of choices. I like to choose healthy and their are several yummy salads and soups. My kids like to eat sandwiches or burgers that are also delicious. My fave is the stuffed avacado while my daughter loves the chicken pesto. Breakfast is really good too! This is a very popular spot and fills up fast so get here early or prepare to wait. Worst breakfast omelet I've ever had, ordered a cheese omelet with tomatoes, I received some burnt eggs with tomatoes mixed in, when I returned it and asked for the cheese omelet that I ordered they added cheese and cooked the same omelet to the point that it was crispy burnt brown eggs with some cheese melted on top. Waitress was not very accommodating at all but they did refund the price of the omelet. read more

Used to love Mulberry but after a recent visit last week, my thoughts have changed. Most of the staff was not wearing a mask, including those in the kitchen. Also about half of the customers in line were maskless as well. There is a sign in front asking patrons to wear a mask but it is obviously not enforced. Especially if their staff isn't even adhering to the rule! Put a bit of a pit in my stomach as I left with my to go order and the sandwich wasn't even that good. read more

We stopped in for breakfast. The biscuits were hard around the edges.. The time from ordering to serving was quick. The service sux. We had to get up and go to the counter to get refills. The waitress did not once checked on us the entire time. The staff was too busy talking amongst each other to wait on a couple that stood at the counter waiting for 10 minutes. read more

The food was great! I had the enchilada soup and a chef salad. The lady at the counter we very short and unfriendly. When my order got to the table they gave me a bowl of enchilada soup and also a cup of the same enchilada soup. I let the waitress know that that was not the correct order and her response was "are you sure? You would be surprised with what people order" she then took the cup of soup back and another lady brought out the chef salad. She then said that I was charged incorrectly and she took my card and charged an additional $8. Mulberry Cafe has recently transitioned to new ownership, so for now I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they are progressing in a direction that will appease their customers. I have eaten here three times now and the service seems to be chronically bad. They could greatly benefit from an increase in wait staff, additional training, or both. As for the food, it is descent but unimpressive. The key to a good brunch or any breakfast fare is consistency. Beautiful and large restaurant, the food is prepared rather quickly and might have also been pretty good, if it wasn't cold. The restaurant is very disorganized , the line to order is very slow because only one person takes the order and they are just not efficient and the 2 waitresses are even slower. They are literally in no hurry and walk slow. Our food sat in the window and we waited and waited until finally a waitress picked it up but then she decided to stop and talk with the other waitress , so I got up and asked her if we could have our food. It's a good place to have coffee and relax with family and friends but the food isn't the best. Ordered the patty melt because it was supposed to be the house speciality, but it was really dry and tasted like something out of the microwave. My husband and I went there for a little lunch date after furniture shopping all day. This cafe was seriously a diamond in the rough. The interior is clean and decorated so unique and adorable, even has a little lounge area for those you just want to go out snag a beer or glass of wine and hang out. If you wanna wait an hour for COLD food, semi good service, come here! Our waitress Monique didn't even come check on us once through out our hour wait after ordering. We had a nice young gentleman check on us 50 min. Into the wait which was greatly appreciated but unfortunately we still received cold food. Once we finally received our ticket, we noticed some items were charged for and here we were thinking "oh well maybe that's their way of compensating for the horrible service" only to find out once we got to the register that she gave us the wrong ticket (even though items in the ticket were identical to what we got), so we paid full price. We called and spoke with Cynthia who is the manager and she said they had lost our ticket in the kitchen.. ok well why didn't we get notified or even just an apology would've been great. The menu has some items that will be familiar to customers of the old disastrous Harvest Cafe -- plus many new items. Better hours too.
